To be honest this restaurant was OK. Nothing to be excited about but definitely fills you up. So I was craving some tacos and of course my favorite is Al Pastor. It was late at night and this location seemed to be open near me. I ordered the Al Pastor Tacos and an asada burrito. I also ordered an orchata and a Jamaica juice. And the drinks were awesome But the one thing I don't understand is the Al pastor. It tastes like dry pork, It doesn't have the sweet sauce it normally comes with when the pineapple melts to it. It's definitely not Al Pastor. I'm just saying this because if you want to eat those kinds of tacos you gotta go to the good places. The burrito was all right I enjoyed it, although I don't eat much Asada This was pretty good. I'm not sure what this location is famous for, but im good.
Staff were nice. Restrooms were clean and dining area was spacious and clean. You also have to speak up in there because they've got Is a huge plastic Protector for covid and it's hard to hear on either end . Not to get the...
Read moreI have eaten here on multiple occasions and the food is always great. I’ve ordered nearly everything on the menu (quesadillas, taquitos, burritos, tacos, tortas, shrimp cocktail). The shrimp cocktail is my least favorite. It is quite small for the price and the shrimp are not cleaned well.
My two stars is because despite the consistently good food and great green salsa, the service is terrible! Every single female cashier has the worst attitude. They are completely unprofessional and make it seem as though it’s a huge inconvenience for us customers to be there. FYI there is no mention of a breakfast time, however, I have been told (very rudely) that breakfast is from 8-10AM while another cashier said 9-11AM. It seems the cut off time depends on whatever the cashier chooses and limits customers like myself from being able to...
Read moreNot even a star, this place doesn't even deserve it. They have really bad customer service. I ordered three plain tacos, when I got my order, the tacos had onion, cilantro, and red salsa. I asked nicely if they could change my order, then the cashier asked what my order was and I told her, three plain tacos.
She spoke to the cook and he responded in Spanish "No voy a cocinar tres tacos, nada más porque no le gusta la salsa" ( I'm not going to cook three tacos, just because she doesn't like salsa) with realizing that I also speak Spanish. I heard everything they said then the lady came and told me " no, mam we are not going to change your order". I told her they could at least give me what I paid for, and they insisted that they couldn't change them, when it was clearly that they didn't want to. Really bad...
