This review was long overdue, but I want to attest that this establishment does an amazing job with gold and silver jewelry in regards to resizing, repairing, and cleaning. I have attended multiple businesses claiming to fix and repair jewelry, but they tend to overprice and keep jewelry pieces to themselves without consulting the customer. That is not the case with this amazing business! The owner was extremely honest about the price points given to me for my existing gold jewelry. They fixed a necklace that I previously thought to be impossible to fix. This was previously unknown to me, but they also make custom gold jewelry for customers with good price ranges. Out of all the gold businesses I have visited, this is the most honest and consistent one so far...

Came across Susie's Jewelry Repair Shop yesterday afternoon & im super glad i did! 💫 I needed a link taken off this custom/mod watch that was imported from Australia. After going to multiple jewelry shops in Baytown/East Houston, i was told there was no way to further adjust links without damaging the watch bracelet. I was certain I would have to send the watch back to the company it was purchased from. I need a name on my bracelet . I asked the men if he had any pictures of their work to see if I liked any with the letters together, the ones they were showing me it was just ABC’s . He said didn’t have any pictures of their work for me to just try imagine the letters together because I had ask if I could see the name I need it on a paper before it was done.
