I ordered the number 15 which is a chicken nugget meal. The assistant manager (apparently he’s the assistant manager) took my order over the intercom. He failed to mention to me they were out of chicken nuggets completely. They charged me for something different that I did not order. So when I called to complain the assistant manager who would absolutely not give me his name over the phone and said it was on the receipt which is was not. The name on my receipt was Jennifer. It was a man and granted he sounded feminine , his names not Jennifer. He argued with me over the phone telling me he told me they were out of chicken nuggets… well his words were “I’ve been telling everyone we’re out of chicken nuggets SO.” Very unprofessional. He told me I was rude over the phone because I was frustrated and said I’d have to drive all the way back for a refund. If i had my receipt. Highly unprofessional. I understand it’s a fast food place but this is why I stopped coming to this Jack n the box specifically. Need better management and training on customer service skills. Also, when I asked about a new item on the menu he had no clue so definitely better training overall. Would not recommend...
Read moreUpdate: I last reviewed this place a long time ago. Lately I only go through the drive through for a drink, having given up soda I choose vitamin water. Tonight I got two large strawberry citrus vitamin water so I’d have a drink tonight and one to have tomorrow when I’m working. Both of them were disgusting the machine either was defective or they gave me something other than what I asked for. It tasted like carbonation and not vitamin water. This is the last time I will to this Jack in the box. I will find another place that has the coke freestyle to get my vitamin water fix.
Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
Every time I go through this drive thru in the early morning hours they screw up my order. Without fail. Fries are ice cold, burgers are not made properly, at times exposing me to serious risk of life from allergic reactions despite informing them. Read moreI usually have a great experience at this location. I walk up to this location to get my son and I breakfast at least once a week. Today was different. I got there at around 8:20. Nobody in the drive thru and nobody inside ordering. Should be pretty quick. Im standing there for a few minutes. One lady in the back made eye contact with me and said nothing. A couple more minutes goes by and the guy working the drive through walks by and says, "be right with you". All while him and her are just talking. Sorry to interrupt y'alls conversation so I just left. I will not do business there if its them two working. The two missing stars are for this one experience. Normally this location is great, but today not so much. Maybe these are new employees since I've never seen them before, but still. I wish I got the guys name, but he never got close enough for me to find out.
