This location is a Franchise good luck getting in touch with their upper leadership since they aren’t required to provide any information and disregard any customers concerns. I have been waiting on a refund since May 14 and was advice it would take 3 to 4 days which now I am being told it was never process. I was then informed my order was contactless but when I called to make a complain to headquarters I was advice it wasn’t. Mind you I have order before and all my orders have been personally handed to me. The order was left on my shoe rack outside and then neighbors cats where all on top of it. The driver claims that a call was made I inform them I can show them call log where no call was received and I immediately called them when I got to the door. The driver wasn’t even there a minute before leaving the food and mind you I called on Saturday and was advised their leadership will call me on Monday. I had to call twice myself because no one from their leadership called me and now the area manager states will follow up in 24 hrs after today. I informed them I have no reason to lie and would provide video of her worker leaving and I wanted to know where on my order does it show request for contactless if I didn’t request below. Since I paid with my Apple Pay they are stating they are unable to provide a refund.

Read more10.2.2024 I guess it's safe to say that the owner has NO intention in refunding my money or make things right. I will NO longer be ordering from Pizza Hut ever! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in their service of how they treat their customers.. of lack there of!!
9.16.2024 Ok so, I was asked for more info, which I emailed back to them and what they could do to resolve the problem. However, to this day, I haven't heard any feedback. Makes me wonder if they plan on doing anything about this issue.
Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza place. However, I placed an order online with the same debit card I've always used, received a messages that my card info wasn't correct and needed to reenter my information or use another form of payment BUT YET, it took my payment out of my account but my order DID NOT go thru. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I've never had this problem before. Hope they reimburse my money.

Read moreI was totally disappointed. I called in a pickup..the wait said it would be 20 mins. I waited 17 mins before leaving the home I was at it was only around the corner. I went to the drive thru window & paid for my pasta & breadsticks & the guy told it it would be just a minute longer..... I sat there about 7 more minutes & looked thru the window & saw 2 of the employees sitting taking a break ( one of them was vaping away.. I smoke too but come on..) I then rang the bell again to get their attention......& waited another 5 mins then the guy gives me my food. I get back to the house I'm working on for an estate sale that is 2 mins away & my pasta is barely warm to the touch & the breadsticks are hard & cold. I went there because I wanted a hot meal, I guess I should have went somewhere else because it was a total waste of my hard earned money. I'm sorry that they had to be at work at 10:30pm on a Saturday night but I too was working on a Saturday night. I know I won't be going back there...
