I am disabled my car needed transmission fluid and motor oil I walked in using my cane. No one greeted or asked if I need ed anything there waa a man talking with another man. But offered ni helo. Then I saw a man at the end of the counter and asked him for help. He got a Lady. Who was VERY HELPFUL She helped me decide what Transmission fluid to use. I had never Had to put any in this car before. The 1 BOTTLE OF FLUID WAS OVER 8 BUCKS!! Isaid well ww need a funnel also and She offered that we could use theirs. I paid for the 2 bottles of fluid and went out to open my hood. My Son came out to put the fluid in and had to use a sale paper THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD NOT LET US USE THE FUNNEL. I put the oil in and my son put the transmission fluid in and I waa so HOT. I WAS ABOUT TO PASS OUT. I GOT IN TGE CAR. WE LEFT. I GOT HOME AND HAD LEFT MY CANE SITTING ON THE SIDEWALK OF THE STORE IN PASCAGOULA. OF ALL THE OARTS STORES I HAVE EVER USED THIS INE WAS THE WORST. ALTHOUGH THE LADY WAS VERY NICE. THE MEN WERE...

I highly do not recommend this place. We went there to have our battery checked out. The woman came out the store, checked it and said it was completely dead. My husband asked if he bought one could they change it for him. He went into the store, found the battery we needed, but when he went to check out she said she couldn’t do it cause it would take 45 minutes. Why advertise that when you purchase a new battery y’all do free battery swaps??? My husband called auto one asked if they could do it and explained what the lady said. The man from auto zone didn’t even understand why she said that. Then we were in need of a jump my husband went back in and asked if the woman if they could help. She asked the man next to him if he could do it cause she wanted to take a break. Well the man come out and jumped us off but then didn’t let the battery charge up. We made it to auto zone, and the man who my husband talked to was waiting outside for us. From now on me nor my family will ever stop at another...

Very upset!! My husband was out of town & bought an item from the Advanced Auto in Butler, Al. Got home to Pascagoula & the item didnt fit. I took the item along with the rcpt to the Advanced Auto here in Pascagoula to return it for either a refund or store credit & was told they couldnt help me & that i would have to take it back to the store in Butler, Al. I think that is absolutely ridiculous that i will have to drive 2 hours to return the product when its the same company & the store here carries the same products!! I dont see why they couldnt at least have given me...
