I used to work at Pizza Hut a [really] long time ago. I'm not going to say we were perfect, but what we did do was try our best. If a customer didn't get something, even if the customer said it was OK, we ran back to the store and got it and brought it back. We felt bad if we didn't. That's called ethics. In fact, we ALWAYS corrected our mistakes. This location does EVERYTHING possible to wriggle out of mistakes. I had a driver straight up lie to me about their process. Then I called to talk to a manager, I wasn't allowed to talk to one initially. In fact, I was told to leave a complaint with her to be given to a supervisor. So, I raised my voice and said that I'm not above calling corporate and getting everybody in trouble. She then connected me to the manager (probably shift leader, or what they call it now). I'll admit, the 'supervisor' did right and refunded my money for the badly messed up order. But, it should not have gotten that far. It's obvious that management doesn't know how bad it is because the employees are covering each other's incompetence by lying to customers. It's BAD. I went ahead and emailed corporate anyway. This location needs a fix. I will never order from this location again. I suggest you don't either unless you like your order being screwed up, nobody caring that it's screwed up, and then getting an attitude when you tell them they screwed up. Read moreIts pizza hut, the food will always be mediocre. I ordered a pizza tonight, and yes, it was a very long wait, but I didn't mind waiting. Especially after I found out that the underpaid and overworked staff there was in the process of random citizens trying to ambush and jump the employees. At that point, I did not care about anything else but asked sure the employees were okay and not physically harmed. There were some choice words said, but it's nothing that nobody has ever heard before. I commend the employees, especially the beautiful girl behind the counter, who handled her shift and didn't quit. Thank you for everything yall do! Keep on keeping on. Read moreTuesday they were way behind because of the special, I walked into the door to get my online order pizza( not special) and there was 15 -20 upset people inside and I heard the cashier say they were two hours behind, I left and got dinner elsewhere. We tried to cancel our online order but could not . I came back to the store today with my online receipt and talked to the cashier that was on duty Tuesday. She was such a professional! Kind and caring , she remembered the rude people that were giving her such a hard time , but she never yelled, never was rude she was so calm and she just tried to explained the problems she was having.
