Hispanic food truck that offers standard tex mex with a few specialties. This is the only place in the area I know of that offers papusas. I've been wanting to stop here for a while to satiate my constant craving since moving from my favorite place in Tallahassee. I finally stopped for lunch and ordered the mixta set of 3 papusas. They make them fresh so there was a 10-15min wait for my order. They do have some seating out front, but I just sat in my car and waited until they brought them out. The papusas themselves were good, the cheese/bean/pork were oozing out in the best way possible. The birria/hot sauce was a nice addition. The unfortunate let down was the flavorless curtido.
