My experience at Save Rex drugs store on Market Street is very positive and very pleasant. The pharmacy workers are very friendly and professional because they don’t make any mistakes. They say the prescription is going to be ready at a specific time and it is ready at that time! I had many problems at other drug stores. I would call the drug store to make sure if the script was ready for pick up and they said yes. I would make a trip to the drug store and I would have to wait on line or leave and come back to the store. It was so frustrating! Save Rex drugs store is like a breath of fresh air. When I call them to make sure if my script is ready for pick up. If they say yes, I believe them, it is wonderful! I make a trip to the drug store and just pick it up, no problems and the medication is the correct amount. I am very very please with Save Rex Drugs. I will continue to enjoy going to Save Rex Drugs...

I could rave about this place all day long, but the best testament I can give is this: Every time I come here, they are always smiling and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a RX when I dropped off the script (at the time the clinic I was going to didn't have a working fax). When the script is faxed over for me, I've never waited more than 5 minutes (my drive over being about 5 minutes with all the red lights on Market Street). THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU WAIT! I used this place for years and never had a problem except with one lady. I guess she had a problem with the type of medication I get because it was only when I had to deal with her that it was a nightmare. She literally made it impossible to fill my medication each time I interacted with her which was weird because it was never a problem before or even when dealing directly with the pharmacist. You shouldn't work at a pharmacy if you feel some type of way towards people who are on certain medications. She made me feel awful about myself. Thank God I found a new pharmacy that doesn't treat...
