I went to buy specifically beef short ribs. I went to the butcher and they actually had some and display already seasoned I requested the same and he sold me 2 lb worth. as soon as I looked at it I told him this must be wrong because these are half the size of what is being displayed. He stated that he cut the fat off so it does not look so big. I specifically asked for them to be cut thick so I could grill them. They were so small I told him I could only use them for maybe a soup. He had no solution and I wasstuck with them because I already have planned to make them.
