Super Supermarket — Local services in Paterson

LETS START WITH THE CASHIERS FIRST OF ALL ITS REALLY HARD TO TELL IF THE LIGHT AT THE REGISTER IS ON OR OFF BECAUSE OF THE SUNLIGHT SO WHEN I APPROACH THE CASHIERS TO ASK IF THEY ARE STILL OPEN THEY DO NOT RESPOND. ALL I GET FROM THESE NASTY CASHIERS IS A DIRTY LOOK WITH NO RESONSE AND NONE OF THEM BARELY KNOW ANY ENGLISH AT ALL. THE PRICES ARE SKY HIGH ABOUT TWICE AS MUCH AS WALMART, SHOPRIGHT, ALDIS ETC ETC. IM LATINO MYSELF AND MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE DONT SPEAK A PINCH OF ENGLISH AT ALL. THE VAN DRIVER ,THE OLDER GENTLEMAN WITH THE GLASSES, IS EXTREMELY RUDE AT TIMES ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE HE DROPS SOMEBODY OFF IN THE WRONG PART OF TOWN AND THEY DRAG HIS BEHIND OUT THAT VAN AND SWEEP THE FLOOR WITH HIM. I HAVE READ MOST OF THESE REVIEWS AND LET ME TELL YOU MOST IF NOT ALL OF THEM ARE FABRICATED.THIS IS VERY COMMON. I ONLY COME TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL BECAUSE IM DISABLED AND HAVE NO VEHICLE.IF I HAD A CAR BELIEVE ME I WOULD NOT BOTHER WITH THESE CLOWNS I ASSURE YOU THAT MY MONEY WOULD GO STRAIGHT TO WALMART. I BET MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS BUSINESS DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY. GO SOMEPLACE WHERE THE EMPLOYEES SPEAK ENGLISH AND THE PRICES ARE...

If I could rate this place 0 I would I been shopping there for years even though they are overpriced and you don’t always get the freshest products they have almost everything in one spot which is convenient however the staff especially the cashiers & manager should not be in customer service very rude & unprofessional you can never get any good customer service or communication with them they make up their own rules and mock you when you try to show them otherwise. I went in there to shop items from my WIC Card I made sure to scan items from my card and ensure they were approved from the app before taking them to the register . the cashier began scanning my items and started to tell me I can’t have this and that even tho I took it & scanned them infront of her showed her that it says wic approved she told me their store policy is different I can’t get it even tho my app approved I have to take what they give me and proceed to get angry because they had to put the stuff back like it was my fault they make up their own rules as they go I would never shop here again the worse...

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, employees are just as nasty and rude than the owner and managers there, they have a private parking of their own and have ppl watching over your cars to take them in a tow now, before I can say it was a great place to go and shop because of the parking lot available for you to shop in confidence. Now You in two mins or less than hour and the tow truck is already taking your car. I had 5 years giving them my money for their products and never again. Try your best to go to another place there’s tons of good supermarkets in Paterson. Don’t think because this one has parking your money is not worth it. NO VAYAN A ESTE SUPERMERCADO, tienen PARQUEO PRIVADO Y LE PAGAN A UNA COMPANIA DE TOW TRUCK PARA QUE SE LLEVEN SU CARRO (es algo Nuevo ahora) AUN SABIENDO QUE ESTAS ADENTRO DEL SUPER COMPRANDOLES A ELLOS, no te avisan ni nada hay muchos super mejores en Paterson.
