Chifa Restaurant Eat In Happy — Restaurant in Paterson

I found this spot on my search for lunch. I called in my order and picked it up about 12:45. When I arrived I had to park illegally because parking in the area is terrible. I walked in and told the lady I was there for pick up. I went to pay and they said cash only and I almost went crazy because they should of told me that over the phone. She then said it's a $2 fee for cards and I paid it because I had several items. I paid and left. When I got a chance I ate my tallarin saltado with only vegetables.
