Silk City Deli — Restaurant in Paterson

I had a very disappointing experience at this deli. When I ordered a sandwich, I noticed that the employee preparing my food was not wearing gloves. I brought this up to the manager/owner, expecting a professional response, but instead, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. As a customer, I believe health and safety should be a top priority, and concerns should be addressed with care, not hostility. I sincerely hope the management takes food safety more seriously, and I encourage the health department to inspect this establishment to ensure proper standards...
