Dollar General — Local services in Pauls Valley

This Dollar General does not do FedEx anymore. Even though FedEx and Dollar General have a deal. Your package will disappear forever if you send it to this drop off. Employees were extremely rude when asked about my package. FedEx kept telling me that the package was dropped at the store. The employees told me they haven't done FedEx in well over a month and yet still had signage and the owner had posted to the web about the Onsite pickup/delivery. Why come to a place that has terrible...

When they had a recent remodel, the store got cleaned up. Didn't last long though. Several lights don't work making some isles dark and spooky. And can hardly make your way through the store with a buggy. This would have to be the WORSE Dollar general I have ever been in; in terms of cleanliness and organization. Cant blame the workers. The buck stops with the management! Have decided to stop trying to save a dollar and go to Walmart instead. Much happier...

This store is a major disappointment. They even tried a subcontractor to redesign the store for a more customer friendly experience. The problem is, too much stock down the aisles, you can't shop. It would be nice if DG Corp would invest a little money on new flooring, ceiling, and some paint. Hire 2 people solely designated to stocking the massive inventory that is shipped nearly every day.
