Showtime Barbershop — Local services in Pauls Valley

They are good on older people not baby’s But I brought my two year old in and I always heard really good reviews about this barber shop.But today I took him in and the guy who did his hair. Was not licensed to cut hair. Which I didn’t know until after. He chopped my sons hair and it looked messed up. I told him I didn’t want it to be short I wanted it to sit on his shoulders. He did the opposite. He went and cut his hair an inch from his scalp. Yes I paid for the cut twenty dollars to be exact. Anyways if I was you I would not take your kid here bc it will get messed up. Cap might be good. But certain ones of his young workers are not. So I took him to a different salon and they said “what the hell did they do to his hair.“ Just don’t do it. Mean while the modern shear a luxurious salon fixed his hair and made it so much better and they are perfect with baby’s. So I highly recommend them!!! And I didn’t not have to pay for that...

He and his staff would probably do a good job were they not over booking themselves, I tried to give this place 3 different chance this last time was the last straw I specifically asked not to touch the top of my head with clippers and tell me what is next to my hard part other than a big strip where he was in a rush literally as another customer comes in and he’s like yeah I got you in a sec then he buzzed a big strip on top and when he did the hard part it looks like idek like what even is that? If I wasn’t so embarrassed by the whole thing I’d post pictures but tbh I’m just trying to warn yall and forget this...

5 star haircuts, however, I missed one apt I scheduled on the app and always tipped extra, I missed one apt and got snubbed despite that I've paid for nearly twice the amount of haircuts that I got prior. Don't know if I was confused for someone else, but you don't snub someone over "life" when they've previously paid you a dozen times with $15 extra all of those times. That's part of the reason for tips, it covers missed appointments, of which I only missed one. Go here if you have patience and don't care about being judged from the surface, you'll get a damn...
