Customer service was horrible. I was picking up an order and the older lady was VERY RUDE because I did not respond to her in spanish. I am hispanic but I do not see why that mattered to her? Not only that, but when I told her I'm picking up, she walked away and sat down. She took 6 phone calls (orders over the phone) and then a guy walked in and greeted her in spanish and she immediately started a whole conversation with him and took his order. She personally went and made his food while I was still standing there. I was there for 48 minutes waiting. The younger woman came over and apologized for the wait and gave me what I was picking up. Let me start off by saying the food is phenomenal. But service absolutely sucks. I dined in and ordered my food and 1 drink. The waitress did her rounds on the tables. Passed mine completely. Didn’t even bother looking my way. I sat and waited almost 30 mins for her to acknowledge that my empty cup had been sitting at the edge in plain view. And still nothing. I watched from my table as my waitress walked back and forth from the kitchen to the area behind the counter eating with her hands and not paying attention to anything. I’m literally typing this as I’m eating. Omg. This place is absolutely amazing. Everything is homemade including all the tortillas and tostadas, the meat is very tender and you can taste that it’s flavored with love. This place is so cheap to eat at, for 4 tacos a tostada, a Mexican coke and an agua de tamarindo it was less than $22 before tip
