El Cardboard, TCG Lounge — Local services in Pawtucket

I no longer support el cardboard and will never go to an event they are affiliated with after doing a buddy battle where round one has no time limit round 2 they enforced the time limit and then round three they threw the time limit out again. Me and my buddy were undefeated until the last round where we lost to the owner of the store....shouldve been second but some how we got 3rd.....the people who got second lost to the store owner in their first round had a by for round 2 and round 3 the store owner had them go well past time and final turns to keep playing till one team won based on life the 3rd team they faced was the team we beat in round one.. afterwards I watched on the screen as the owner dropped out someone who left for the last round giving the by team a win making the by team have a better record than the team we beat in round 2..... To me that's a shady practice and when the owner was called out and came to terms with his error he then tells us sorry what do you want me to do about it I already gave out the prize

We got 4 packs each and the store owner goes and gives us 2 packs each out of "his prize box of getting first while the team that was supposed to be third split a full box

Again never supporting that crooked store again as it appeared he intentionally fudged the results to give the better prize payout to the guys he was buddy buddy with instead of the people who actually earned it and went undefeated until...
