Really nice guy and does great work, but would not recommend. Very hard when it comes to communication. Drove over an hour to get there, waited for two hours for our car to be done and walked back, hoping it was going to be close to finished. Hadn’t even started on it. We previously said on the phone, we would be waiting and so we needed an appointment to get directly in. They said no problem be here at nine and I will do your car very first. Had an appointment scheduled, dropped my car off, expecting it to be a couple hours. Went and walked around Payette because we drove over an hour to get to the shop and have nothing else to do. Walk back after two hours and the car hadn’t even moved. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not actually gonna do the car when I get there? Me and the shop agreed on the phone that the time they gave would be the time they would do the car since it was such a long drive. It was written down as a waiting customer, not a drop off.
