I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam F at Floor and Decor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got the tile that we wanted but also he was able to save us some money. When I have gone to other big box stores, I could never really find people that could assist. At Floor and Decor, I have always found the associates very willing to help and interesting to talk to. I dealt with Moon at the front. Moon is a very gregarious person and has a “quirky” personality. Now I mean “quirky” in a good way. We had a great conversation while I was checking out, and I came away from our interaction thinking of how cool of a person she was. Sam F and Moon really are the reasons to go. There were several other employees that I interacted with that I didn’t get their names. But every employee I was in contact with, I felt like they were more interested in helping me then just trying to make a sale. The selection of tile and flooring at floor and decor is great, but what makes this location truly shine...

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my bathroom because of the following employees. From the beginning, the cashier was very friendly and asked if we needed assistance and explained the process. As we were shopping another associate who I believe was a manager, or part of the management team asked us if we needed help. He then assisted us with our tile. He was patient dealing with us because we were confused. He Showed us something that just came in. Which we ended up purchasing. He introduced Quinn, to further assist us. Quinn assisted us with our entire list of things we needed. Quinn explained everything in detail and told us how much we would need. Quinn was Patient, knowledgeable and kind. He helped us load the merchandise onto the truck and trailer. I tried to give Quinn a tip and he said thank you, but no thank you. However you could write a review of your experience. We have been debating redoing our floors for a while now. When visiting other stores, it seemed no one wanted our business. We visited Floor and Decor in Sharpsburg and had the best customer service we could ask for. We were greeted by Vincent, who helped us on which flooring and underlayment would be best for us. He was really knowledgeable and very friendly. Then, we were greeted by who we assumed was the store manager, he was awesome as well and got us hooked up with Quinn to assist us with our stair tread caps and trim pieces. Quinn was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He knew exactly what we needed and got our special order treads and trim pieces ordered. Vincent and Quinn are definitely assets to the company. Overall we had a great shopping experience and will continue doing business with them...
