Truly was the worst experience that I have ever had at Starbucks. I came there this morning and ordered a grande soy milk latte with vanilla. When I received my drink at the drive from Courtney, the Barista, at the drive thru window, I noticed that there was a heavy build up particles at the bottom of the cup. I thought it was vanilla syrup. I asked Courtney to stir the syrup. She said that it was soy particles build up from a new box. I said that I have never seen that before and I am afraid of getting sick. ( Note: I have been drinking soy milk for 16 years, I have never seen that unless the soy milk is spoiled. ) She was so rude. She made a ugly face and stared at me for 15 sec as if I was talking rubbish. Then she said, "okay, I just make you another one." She went to her coworker and said make her another but shake it better you bring it to me.
Once coworker handed her the drink, she walked back to the drive thru window, she shoved the drink in my hand without looking at me, and slammed the window. I knocked on the drive thru window, and asked Courtney for my receipt. She printed it and handed it to me. She wished me a good morning while rolling her eyes. I thanked Courtney and drove away.
A mile or two down the street, I threw the drink away. The Barista at this Starbucks was extremely disrespectful and rude. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks except at this location. How they handle my drink and the way they when about it really turned me off.

Read moreI felt discriminated 2 times in a row when o walked into this Alley Bird location Starbuck. 1st time, my wife order her drinks with Starbuck app and she had to walk in the Starbuck to order her customized drinks. at the counter. As soon as my wife picked up her online order, the staff yelled out loud “this is not your drink” without asking any question to confirm if it was my wife order. This action was embarrassing to my whole family without apologizing at all. After that, this staff gave an attitude toward my wife when she had to pick up other drinks. Not a professional service, terrible attitude and without proper training from this store management. 2nd day, a shift leader named “Crystal” denied to make the same drink i ordered the day before. She told me that she not going to authorize to make my drink even they took my order. After I told her that this drink made from this location then she talked to her staff and asked another staff to make it. I was really upset with the attitude and unprofessional behavior at this place. When i told Crystal that i am going to teport this incident, she smirked and and not even apologize to me once. Read moreI was very disappointed that Starbucks sold my wife a $65 promotional cup that allowed her to get free coffee AND TEA for the month of January as long as she used that cup, and then failed to do so on just the third day of the month. She got the cup because she loves the peach green tea drink. When she went to the store at the corner of Jay Bird and Peachtree Parkway and ordered it, the manager told her that she couldn't use it for that drink. My wife challenged her and they even checked the fine–print text ON THE CUP that says that it includes tea drinks but the manager still wouldn't budge. Then she (the manager) went to the back TO GET DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE MY WIFE WRONG AND THEN NEVER NEVER CAME BACK OUT.
I don't like Starbucks and their burnt coffee, but she loves it and spends a lot of her earned money on peach green tea here.
