What was supposed to be my first car buying experience turned into a shady and ridiculous experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I recently bought a used Toyota Rav 4 from this place on October 12 (Saturday). Wanted to test drive it of course and upon entering the car with Ashton the salesman the first thing he mentions is the trunk WILL be fixed (the panel was detached from the trunk and laying inside the car) as we’re test driving my mechanic notices the brakes and rotors were pretty bad, and we also notice the passenger seat was stuck and wouldn’t move back and forth, passenger fog light was not in its place as well as a piece missing from the middle console that prevented it from working properly. Again, Ashton confirmed that they would all be fixed. The rest of the rest drive and purchase went through fine Ashton was very kind and helpful even kept me updated as financing was processing over the weekend on his day off. Went to pick up the car Monday and everything seemed fine (side bar: as I was waiting for the car I was told it will only be a few minutes they were detailing the car - that was a lie the car was dusty and not cleaned at all). I realize later that evening the only thing they fixed were the brakes and rotors I even noticed that the remote to lock and unlock the car wasn’t working as well. The trunk was not attached properly and obviously not working properly. It’s missing the tailgate power lift support shock struck and causing it to be misaligned and doesn’t even open. When I took the car back Tuesday I told another salesman of my issues and how I was told that all these things were going to be fixed and they weren’t. Unfortunately a manager wasn’t there, but another employee fixed my key remote and told me to come back the next day. When I came back, the salesman went to talk to the owner and he told me that she said only fixing the brakes and rotors were a part of the contract nothing else. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she doesn’t speak to customers -_- mind you, she’s literally sitting across the room from me. The salesman could see how disappointed I was and told me to contact the finance manager maybe something could be done. I mean why would I pay $14000 for a car that doesn’t work properly on top of me being told those things would be fixed (I know now I should have gotten that in writing - first time buyers mistakes) but they knew what they were doing. I reached out to the finance manager and told her everything and she said she would speak with the owner and the salesman and get back to me… have I heard back? Of course not because these places make their money off of scamming people. It’s absolutely disappointing, especially the owner not willing to rectify or provide explanation. An owner who looked me dead in my face and ignored me. If I could give zero stars I would.
Update: upon having to order the trunk support myself which was over $100, my mechanic was able to attach it only to find out THESE PEOPLE CUT THE WIRING! I couldn’t connect the new piece to the trunk to use with the remote and buttons bc the wire had been cut so there was no way to connect it. Also, when my mechanic was checking my brake pads we noticed there were lug nuts missing from two tires. And again they claimed to have detailed the car but there was dirt all over the back floor and trunk and the seats were dirty. It’s really disappointing that these folks are still in business really scamming folks and cutting corners.
I REALLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Understand the “owner” only cares about making sales and not the actual persons needs or safety. If you have any issues understand they don’t care and the owner does not talk to customers. I hope this place gets what...
Read moreThis business has a variety of vehicles. However, with that said, what is the condition of these vehicles and the dealerships full knowledge, but yet still selling these vehicles to the public. My son went to the dealership for a car looking for a car that was listed on the site. My son went on 03/26/24 to see the BMW528i, it was not on the premises. Jason informed my son that the car would be delivered to their dealership on 03/27/24. My son received a call on 03/27/24 inquiring when was he going to pick it up, at first he schedule to come sign papers to obtain the vehicle on 03/28/24. However, after "several" calls from a representative named Isaac, my son was eventually informed that "if he didn't come get the vehicle on 03/27/24, that someone was interested in the vehicle and had $6,000 to place down on the vehicle, so the first person who shows up will get the vehicle. I took my son up to the dealership which is located almost 1 1/2 hours away, so he could sign the paperwork to get the vehicle. Upon arrival, I spoke directly with Isaac and asked the condition of the vehicle, was the vehicle checked and Isaac's response was "their is nothing wrong, we checked it the vehicle and the vehicle". I immediately responded with, I wouldn't' recommend say that being that nothing in this world is perfect. He stated it again and proceeded to get out the paperwork. He apologized for calling so much, but he stated there was a woman in charge of financing/owner that insisted he contact my son to get the car on 03/27/24 or he wouldn't get it, because the other buyer would be there as soon as their gates open. I also said to Isaac, "nothing better be wrong with this vehicle' in which Isaac again replied, "there is nothing wrong with this vehicle, it's Perfect" on 04/13/24, not even two weeks of ownership of this vehicle, the car started acting weird. We reached out US Express Auto, spoke with Jason, who non chalantly stated there was nothing he can do, knowing that this is a pre-existing occurrence with the vehicle, that they did not inspect at all! We had the vehicle towed to a repair shop, in which the mechanic listed several items wrong with the vehicle and confirmed that there is no way the items went wrong within 13 days. The items are: Removal & Replacement of Spark Plugs - they were all bad NGK Laser Iridium Ignatability Spark Plug - also bad Ignition Coil - needs to be replced Fuel Air Induction Issues - needs to be replaced Engine Oil Pan needs replaced Valve Cover Gasket needs replaced As a result of the above, this will cost $3300, that my son does not have, this dealership will not accept any accountability, which is very unprofessional. You received this vehicle straight off a truck with NO INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE and proceeded to sell it!!! The least you could do is assist in paying for the repairs. This car is being financed, which has to be paid for because they don't hesitate to call and demand their money!!! US AUTO EXPRESS, JASON AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ISAAC ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS!!!!! you took a $3,792 down payment for this vehicle after CALLING a MILLION TIMES like this vehicle was in prestine condition, knowing this vehicle was only looked at by your detailer, who threw some spray in the interior and called that "clean", with ISAAC referring to it as PERFECT!!! MAKE...
Read moreI literally purchased a car one month ago. I was sick and thought I made the last pickup payment and was about to pay the car payment the following week. The finance manager Jenny called me a couple of days after missing the last pick up payment, and I explained to her that I thought I made all the payment. She made aware that I didn’t. I informed her that I will be able to make the payment the following week, which is the day I would make my first regular Payment. Jenny said OK that’s not a problem now it’s the week for me to make the payment and they came and repossessed. The car called US auto spoke with Jenny of course stated she had to wait to speak with the office manager. Office manager said I couldn’t pay the small balance that was all that is only a week off for me to get the car back. I am reporting them To the Better Business Bureau and I am also getting a lawyer. I only had my car for literally one month was making all the payments on time had a miscommunication and they still came and got my car. I just gave these people $3500 for a down payment payment. I will be obtaining a lawyer to retrieve most of my down payment, as this is not a great way to do business I would never purchase a vehicle from them or advise someone to purchase a vehicle from them because they are very unprofessional. I would understand if I was always late or was late for like a month and he had to then come get the vehicle, but that was not the case at all. I missed one payment and they came to take my vehicle now I’m left without a vehicle. I am a single mom of autistic son now I have to scramble money to get another vehicle so I can take my son to therapies. US express auto has pissed me off and this will not be the last time they hear from me to anyone who has had bad issues with US auto. I suggest that everyone submit them to the BBB because they are not doing business correctly. They also allow you to do a arbitration, but the arbitration is through them. If you do plan to do arbitration, I suggest to get a lawyer and do the arbitration once I obtain my lawyer and go through this case I will then come back and leave another Google review, letting everyone know how that worked because I see that a lot of people appears have the same complaint and if a lot of people has the same complaint that means the company is not Doing business correctly….. ALSO I NOTICE THEY SAY THE SAME TO EVERY CUSTOMER. IF YOU GO ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU YOU WILL SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS. IF EVERYONE IS HAVING THR SAME ISSUES THEN THAT MEANS ITS THE BUSINESS. US AUTO WILL SEE ME IN COURT AND GOING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. YOU CANNOT LET PPL TAKE ADVANTAGE BECAUSE I AM SURE THEY ARE NOT HANDLING BUSINESS CORRECTLY. ALSO I AM NOT GOING TO LET THEM MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I DID NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY BECAUe I have BANK DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT I HAD THE MONEY. See you...
