Dr. Daniel Vincent, owner of Vincent Dental neglected to provide a prescription for pain (never had to ask since being a patient of year 2021) after informing him and my now former primary dentist Dr. D.Ceron on several occasions from May 13th throughout the day of May 18, 2022 to treat my infection from a previous root canal. Per Dr. Ceron on May 13th stated that she was watching #31 but somehow didn't take an x-ray from April 25th to compare. Dr. Vincent assumed that I was used to the first prescribed antibiotic (penicillin v k 500mg QID) and that's why it's not working and told me once I get on a new antibiotic (Augmentin 875-125mg Q12H) then I won't have pain. I told him that his statement was false and that I never had the first antibiotic before in my entire life. It is very disheartening that this physician did not allow me to be a part of my plan of care. He was very uncouth, unethical, unprofessional, aggressive, malicious and overwhelmingly desensitized towards me after explaining to him that I could not eat due to excruciating yet consistent pain and have tried all pain medication over the counter. I had informed him that I am a nurse and I am aware of the medications and terminology then he became flustered and told me to handle the pain medication part by myself. Instead of him and his staff doing what's morally right (except Dr. Ceron because she wasn't in--supposedly from May 16th to no May 19th 2022), I was told to go to urgent care because they no longer have my case due to referring me to an oral surgeon in which I have to wait days for an appointment and pay a consultation fee of $300. They wouldn't even see me in between nor bothered to write a prescription order to receive and alleviate this nightmare! I hate to not have Dr. Ceron as my primary dentist anymore because she truly was nice, but as long as she works at this practice her light and expertise will continue to be dimmed due to Dr. Vincent's ego and controlling behavior. She knew that it was a bad infection (from her voice, compassion and concerned facial expression) and recommended to extract the tooth and to replace it per implant yet wanted to get Dr. Vincent's opinion. He told Dr. Ceron in the examination room while looking at my x-ray on May 13th (he never introduced himself, looked at me nor said hello to me), “The tooth can be saved, whomever did her previous root canal looks like they knew what they were doing, so let's not extract it.” He didn't even acknowledge the cyst in the x-ray which was the infection. They both spoke again outside of the examination room. Dr. Ceron came back in the examination room with a different body language as if she had no voice and was disappointed that her educated proposal was declined and that she had to do what he said or else. Dr. Ceron deserves her own practice and spread her wings! I wish her much success in life. Dr. Vincent does not advocate for his patients instead he tells you what he is going to do for your body and not have his patient to be a part of the healing process. Healthcare is patient focused not physician focused. Dr. Vincent lacks moral, integrity, compassion, gratitude and respect. This business should be under investigation and shut down. I pray that no one ever in life has to go through what I have went through. He also stated that he didn't care if I reported his NPI after notifying of my dissatisfaction. Stay away! As a healthcare professional myself, please know that any patient has a right to be involved in their care, to ask questions, to make suggestions and you should never be made to feel guilty for standing up for what's right. We no longer live in a world to where the doctor are always right and that we as patients have to obey doctors as if they are authoritative figures of whom to submit to. Apparently, Dr. Vincent is still living in the 20th century!

Read moreExcellent experience after 2 unsatisfactory dentistal visits in the last 8 months. The first demanded I get an expensive deep cleaning for tartar/calculus on a specific molar. I refused and as a result I was asked to sign a waiver to continue to get treatment in that office. No thanks. The next dentist did not find the same tartar/calculus on that molar, but claimed severe 'bone loss' and broadly, almost everywhere, deep pockets 6-7 mm required deep cleaning. They also found a cavity. I asked only for the cavity to be filled and a regular cleaning; they refused. It was to be 5 addition appointments and $1000 cost beyond insurance coverage or no deal.
I left with my cavity, worried. I resisted both dentists because I heard many dentists were recommending deep cleaning as a way to improve revenues. Why couldn't I get what I needed?
How refreshing to find Vincent Dental! They listened to my story. They read the x-rays from earlier this year without insisting I have new ones. They examined me and did not find extreme tartar or severe bone loss, and only 3 pockets of 6mm (no 7s). They fixed the cavity (a spot opened up on their schedule so I didn't have to come back) and gave me a regular cleaning. Less than $130 with my insurance.
How refreshing to find honesty! All the staff were nice and respectful. Many thanks Vincent dental for solving a dentistry problem that has been bothering me for the last 8 months in an afternoon! ...
Read moreI’ve been going here for a few years now. I’m a huge wimp when it comes to the dentist and everyone in this office goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. From the ease of making and confirming appointments, friendly front office staff, friendly and thorough hygienists, and Dr. Ceron is just awesome. I go twice a year for cleanings/check-up but have also had a filling and a crown done at this office. I am a jaw clenched and have been doing some damage to my teeth and even cracked a filling. I do not do well with night guards. Dr. Ceron was able to treat my overactive jaw muscles with Botox injections (nothing cosmetic, just relaxing the jaw muscle). I was so worried it would be painful and hate needles. I hardly felt the injections and it worked great! It lasted almost 4 months. I will be going back again for more injections as long as it continues to work. The pricing is reasonable. They take my insurance (not for the jaw injections, sadly). I love that they text confirmations and communication about my appointments. I work all day and am usually on calls. It’s hard to take confirmation phone calls or find time to call back to confirm so being able to do it from a text or email is so convenient. I also love that they work around my anxiety when doing fillings/crowns and prescribe medicine for the night before and morning of the appointment and offer gas during the...
