If I could give ZERO stars I would! Do yourself a favor and go to Publix for better quality and lower prices! Not to mention to actually get what you paid for. 1) went here before to order family bucket of chicken meal and only received wings, drumsticks and backs…..when I said something they said they were out of breast and that’s what you get for the money you paid. Frustrating to say the least. 2) drove through a few times, asked if they had breast, they said no, I left. 3) decided to try again, why I do not know, I should have my head examined! Asked if the family meal would consist of chicken breast, between king pauses I was told yes. $35 for 12 piece meal. Get home, set it down kids start eating…..I went to eat and noticed next to no chicken In bucket. Ugh….. it was wings, legs and backs again!!!!!!! Told kids to finish their wing or drum and put bone back in the bucket. Tried calling…..extension busy every time. Drove back to have the young man (mod) tell me that receipts and refunds are not issued. Apparently this is a corporate policy. Could not believe it…..I recorded him saying this….poor kid really believed what he was saying……. So you train your mod to lie to customers? Wow!!!! What was eaten in meat was less the the amount of meat that would come on one chicken breast. No sides touched! Went back the next morning around 11:20 am. Mod is smirky and could really care less. Wanted to charge me for the few pieces the kids ate. Oh not to mention 11 not 12 pieces were given to me originally as well. She was talking to, I believe, the owner on the phone. I said you know the difference between hogs and pigs. Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered (meaning if you value your customers so little, eventually you will fail to be in business without treating customers fairly! Needless to say she was told to issue ZERO refund!!!! MY TIME IS VALUABLE AS IS YOURS! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY SHOW YOU RESPECT, QUALITY AND GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!! If enough people stop spending their hard earned money and accepting “this is the way it is today” at establishments that don’t value your hard earned money, then they will cease to be like the HOG in my little saying!!!!! Read moreI used to come here before I had went to the one a little bit closer to my house. I was in the area and decided to go back and see if anything has changed. Usually there are long wait times and they never have anything. I went through the drive thru and wanted to try their new Cheez It Box. The lady taking my order made it seem like she couldn't understand what I was saying. We pulled around and she told us to pull up and wait which was fine, there was another car in front of us and it seemed like they were short staffed. As we waited, we thought it was weird that there was no restaurant rating in the window. We waited for at least 20 minutes before receiving the food and it was the wrong order. I went back around and said they gave us the wrong order. She went and got the manager who then accused me of not paying for what I ordered when in fact I did and it shows on my card with my bank that I had literally just ordered. She was about to double charge me again and they gave me no receipt the first time so I had no proof. The manager said he would remake it quickly. This time he brought out the food and stayed as I checked and made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me a large nacho fry when I ordered 2 large fries. As I checked the bag, he walked away and I saw that I only had 1 fry so I had to just go to another taco bell to get the 2nd one. When I got home, I realized the fries he gave me weren't even seasoned which defeats the purpose of the nacho fry. I was biting into my crunch wrap, mind you the Cheez It box I ordered was the one with the Cheez It in the crunch wrap. I bit into my crunch wrap and realized there was no Cheez It so my whole ordered was prepared wrong. Honestly, it seems they have been downhill over the years and honestly should shut down. I don't know if it's difficult trying to operate KFC and Taco Bell at the same time but if it is then they need to shut down Taco Bell and just keep the KFC. I have no idea if the KFC is just as bad but this Taco Bell hasn't gotten any better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
Read moreI filed a POLICE REPORT against this store’s night shift manager, Taylor Hunt, for assault during a refunding of incorrect order. Ticket #1046 & #3907 restaurant #G135066. He was rude - did not acknowledge his staff's drive-tru order mistake and flat out refused to correct the added charges for a side I clearly did not order. I was calling kfc hotline and I asked for his name and he refused to tell me. He suddenly grabbed me across the counter for no reason when I was taking a picture of the receipt and I had to call 911 immediately. I am small 5"2 asian female and this manager, over 6" tall over 200 lbs, black man grabbed me across the counter. I was scared for my life if he continued and I had to call the police. While I was on the phone with 911, this manager was circling around my car and talking on the phone as well. It was really scary to see him walking back and forth infront of my car, as the mall strip is sketchy and all other stores (except for a massage parlor) are always closed at night. His behavior through out from when I was explaining that I received a wrong order until the police came has manifestation of a psycho. He denied my accusation, colluded with the staffs saying that none of this happened and instead issued a criminal trespass warning against me with the police. I wish the store owner can check the security camera of this incident, it happened on Jan 13 8:55pm. Also, during the drive-tru, the cashier (Jermyah) made us back up away and unseen from the take-out window and she said when she gave the order that the manager does not want to see a car waiting in front of the window even though there was no other car.
