Koza’s has horrible customer service. The tell blatant lies and when you call or show up there response is “I will call you by the end of the business day”. I suggest that Horizon Montessori Pearland finds another provider. I order my children’s school shirts on July 28th and was told by Casey that the shirts will be in by next week. School started Aug 9 and I only received shirts for 2 out of 3 kids. After pushing them about the shirts for 3 days they told me I can come pick up 8 out of 12 shirts. I requested to get a larger size because after being promised to have the shirts before school started my child went a week without school shirts. I was told by Casey I would get a call by the end of the day, that didn’t happen and when I showed up to the shop and to see Casey he conveniently wasn’t at work that day and I was told by the lady at the front desk “if he doesn’t call you today I will.” Obviously I didn’t hear from either because they are more into the business of taking your money then giving customer service. I will be requesting a refund Monday which I know I will have a uphill battle to fight because customers first is not there model. I have been more than patient and understanding but there lack of communication is dumbfounding. Read moreThis company is really unreliable. Took them 3 weeks to actually start on the shirts sent to them. The sales rep told me that it would take about 7 days which is why I sent them there in the first place, and overnighted the shirts to them. We needed the shirts for an event, and guess what, we did not have the shirts for that event. After emailing for an update after one and a half weeks had gone by I was told my shirts were next in line even after I informed them that it had already been past the 7 days and we needed our shirts for an event, that I have proof of via email. Her response was "our machines are running as fast as they can". Well, I asked for an update last week and was told yet again another lie. I was told that the shirts were being worked on now and would be shipped out on Friday. Nope...... they were finally shipped back the next Wednesday! This company is full or lies and if you are needing shirts or anything for a specific event, I would consider not using Koza's as they are unreliable and will tell you anything to get your business and not keep their word. Kayleigh and Teri are horrible Customer Service Representatives.
Neither one of them answers their phone, they don't return phone calls, and they don't return emails.
They both just want to do the minimum and get a paycheck.
I've had to call both of them several times with questions, and they never respond. Also, they shipped my orders to the wrong address, and I have trouble getting receipts for my orders.
I found another company to get my embroidery done. Their customer service is a hell of a lot better than Koza's. I've also had several friends who tried Koza's, and they also said the customer service sucks.
Find somewhere else to get your embroidery done. Don't waste your money with Koza's.
