Great food and service. Most the time its fresh and correct. But sometimes they put ice in my drinks or mess up my order. That's why i gave them a 4 star. But they are very quick to fix it. Its just annoying when its messed up.
Update: I have been contacting whataburger about their app issues and the fact for like a month they still owe me a dollar and havent heard any news from them at all. I had ordered an extra patty on my burger and they only had one. Messaged them several times online and no response. I want my money / $1... I knocked them from 4 stars to 1 until they give me my damn money.

12/1/2022 Gave up on getting my money back. I think i will keep them at 1 star even if their food is great their lack of getting back to you is annoying. Where is the customer service when u ripped me off!
4/9/2022 Food was good once i rinsed off the mayo that i didnt ask for. I checked the food before i left and knew it would take too long to remake since its morning so i was like ill rinse it off when i get home. If it wasnt for that everything would have been perfect. I just dont get how ppl cant read. The food i ordered doesnt even come with mayo normally. And on the receipt it didnt even say mayo so its not like i cant read what i ordered. I get working at food places must suck but as a person who has done it all in past how hard is it to know that it doesnt say nor come with mayo on it. Yes many times the food comes out okay. But there are times they have forgotten my order, missed a patty etc. And they never gave me my money from before that they owe me. I honestly started coming here less because of how much the food gets messed up.
7/22/2023 Update Went this week at least the burgers werent dry like the last 2 times. They forgot the tomatoes had to go back inside they forgot the bacon on mine and moms burgers but didnt realize till we already left. And if me and mom both didnt use a really good coupon making the burger free we would have gone back to get our bacon. The burgers have been drier lately besides this time and the jrs seem like the meat is getting thinner than it already was before. Dont eat here anymore unless i have a coupon because of the amount of times they have messed up my order.
Update: 7/5/2025 food has been better lately, DO NOT buy their cups they are cheap and ive used mine less than a day and the cheap sticker layer is all scratched up u can see the white under it....

It is typical for me to hit up Whataburger on Main St., Pearland on Wednesday evenings while running my son from an after school event immediately to an athletic practice. We have a 30 minute limited window on a good day, and it is easily the most "on-the-way" stop for food. I typically order ahead on the app for in-store pick-up. Previous experience tells me that the curb-side service and drive thru are terribly slow. The past several times, I go in - well after my scheduled pick-up time - and I am not greeted, nor am I able to get anyone's attention AT THE COUNTER with no other line. Everyone is scrambling the drive-thru or curbside. Today and last week - I was "asked" to please be patient to be waited on... for a pre-order. I could see my ready bag of food on both occasions. THIS WENT ON FOR ALMOST 15 MINUTES - on a limited window of time, that's ridiculous. It is his only chance of food, so I'm at their mercy. App ready time states 5:41pm... I am handed my bag of food at 6:01pm. I can see it the whole time, just sitting. His practice started at 6pm.
Do better, Whataburger. Fast food is not rocket science. This is not a speed issue - everyone runs around like crazy. This is an efficiency and communication issue, both of which this location has none of.
Update: went again (11 months later) and waited OVER 30 MINUTES to receive my food. It took me and my wife on two separate occasions to get someone to fix our order, and had to show a receipt at that. Judging by reviews, it’s the night crew specifically. Will...
Read moreFirst of all I am very disappointed this is the fourth time I have had problems with this location. I was not going to write a review but this time I'm upset. I ordered a #2 with cheese. When I got home I opened my burger and it was a single. There were no frys in my bag as well. I drove back to whataburger and talked to the young lady that brought out my food. I explained to her what was going on and she looked at me as if I was an idiot. Then she tried to tell me she put frys in the bag she gave me. Obviously if there wasn't a second burger patty in my burger then I'm sure there wasn't frys as well. She then took the burger to the back and came back and gave it to me with attitude along with a medium fry. She then proceeded to argue with me about the frys saying " I know I put frys in that bag are you sure u didn't see them in another bag". First of all why would I argue and lie about frys when my order was not correct from the beginning. I then opened my burger after she handed it to me. All they did was put a patty on the burger which now the burger was soggy since I had to bring it back to the location, on top of that there was no cheese on the burger. I went back and asked for another slice of cheese. They opened the dame burger up and put another slice of cheese on the new patty. I get home and now my burger is a soggy sloppy burger. I have taken a picture to show what the burger looks like.
