To God and Natural Rewards be the Glory! My daughter had an upset stomach from possible food poisoning. I called the store and they were so helpful as usual and recommended a fermented probiotic product. Let me tell you something, this product recommendation brought our daughter back to us!! She had been moody, angry and just not her usual jolly self for a few YEARS!! I laid hands on her stomach, put some castor oil on her navel, prayed for her well-being and gave her the probiotics. And within hours she was that joyful little girl we remembered!! It was like night and day! Even she said she felt just different and happier afterwards. We couldn’t put our finger on what was going on with her for a while. We even started counseling but it was never truly behavioral, just mood related. Outstanding vitamin store and more with superb service of knowledge, kindness and patience. Sometimes I send my husband there, and they always help him. I like that the store is very organized, super clean, with a nice smell to it, which is very important for me. They have great healthy snacks for on the go or for later. Whenever I have a health concern, they have the answer and the products. A few months ago I did some lab work and had some concerns, and with the right knowledge and products and three months later, had some good news! There was a different lady working there the last two times that I visited the store. Customer service is not her best attribute. She has an attitude... There were so many essential oils in the air via the diffuser, it was hard to even breathe. It was a little cool outside. The heat was on inside and it was too warm, even for me. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Speaking of diffusers, I purchased one there that did not work. It had an electrical problem and would only work for a few seconds after plugging it in. She proceeded to give me a lesson on why it did not work, even insinuating that I'd used tap water instead of filtered water. She was absolutely wrong and would not exchange it. She told me to call the company. Although , I've been going there for years... I will not return...
