C & J Electric — Local services in Pee Pee Township

My experience with C & J in Waverly ,Oh. was the best. The guy running the store on 12-4-17 (Brent)truly went out of his way to get me the dryer fuse I needed.I'm a Truckdriver and was delivering at Rural King in Waverly. I checked with rural kings store for this fuse but they didn't carry it,(crystal in electric at Rural king was very nice and helpful too)then I checked with Do-it -best hardware just on the west side of rural king but they didn't carry it either but recommended C&J, and was nice enough to look up the number for me,so kudos to them too. I called and this guy Brent answered and I told him the brand of dryer I have and the part I needed. He quoted the part num seemingly off the top of his head and it matched the part I had in hand. I told him I could not come to his store becuz I'm driving an 18 wheeler with no place to park at his store, and he said he would bring it to me within 5 min and sure enough he pulled up driving the black car he described and had my part in hand. I was so thrilled and amazed of the customer service. I told him there's no way I would have gotten that type service in a city the size of Columbus. I'm now more inclined to shop his store rather than the mega stores e. i. Lowes,home depot,menardstype stores ect. depending on my needs. I had gone to two of those stores in Columbus in search of the same part but the only positive feedback was a number for home depot parts center in canton,Michigan. I probably could have gotten it there but would have had to wait a day or two for delivery. I needed my dryer fixed now.
