The first thing they did was bring me out the wrong deer head. The other thing was they gave me someone else's deer meat. I know this because I brought them a doe that weighted 56 pounds dressed out and got 40 pounds of meat. Then the next week I brought them my buck that weighted 106 pounds dressed out and only got 42 pounds of meat . they gave me the wrong doe. You're telling me a 106 pound buck only gives you 2 pounds more meat than a 56 pound doe? All he could say was that the doe might have been fatter. If that was the case wouldn't it have weighted more? I also have found a lot of hair in the venison burger. I wouldn't recommend this...

They will walk you through the process if you need help, and have a menu posted with products and prices. Their pineapple cheese summer sausage is amazing. Last year, when my family tasted it for the first time, they all said I should get another deer so that we would never run out. The venison jerky was fantastic as well. Not just one or two, every single bag I have opened has 20-50 hairs, like it was intentionally "seasoned" with a handful of fur. Now the only thing I can do with the meat from my first deer is give it to the dogs, sad that I took a life for this place to ruin the meat.
Just imagine what sort of butchering practices and lack of cleanliness takes place behind closed doors to have that much fur in the meat. Health department needs to pay this place...
