This is by far the worst community as far as security goes. They have people working as security guards who for the most part are uneducated or high school drop outs, that cant read, write or speak properly. They have no people skills, manners, and ethics. On some of them you can smell the marijuana permeating off their uniforms. They are untrained, lazy and promote no positive community experience. The management company that hired them as failed their due diligence and are putting its residents at risk. My mother just sold her apt after living in Century Village for over 15 years. I gave 2 stars beacause it is a nice place (aesthetically speaking) and well maintained with many amenities on site & transpotation as well. That being said, don't let the pretty pictures & lists of things to do fool you. I have never seen grown people act like such children in my entire life! They literally & phisically push & shove eachother off the bus! Worse service . Worse customer service. I have been trying to contact somebody thru emails , phone calls and mail for almost a month and nobody have the courtesy to respond. My mother is an elderly and sick person and they don't any consideration. The manager NEVER answer. When you call FirstService they take your message and is like wasting your time. I'm very frustrated . Poor other elderly residents having similar issues having to deal with these people. I expect better service for the extremely high monthly...
