Horrible service! Rude staff! It reminds me how bad Comcast, Xfinity whatever they want to call themselves, is.. They are supposed to open at 10am. They had about 25 people waiting in the hot sun til 1130am. I finally had enough and went around the back to see if the back door was open. It was so I knocked to get someone's attention! One of the sales lady came out. I asked why they haven't opened yet? She was very dry and nonchalant with me and very short in her answer! They could have said something to us I said! She said we don't have to say anything. I said common courtesy. You have us waiting outside for over an hour. You hear us knocking on the door and glass yet you ignore that. Her answer to me was . I don't have to do anything. We are having problems with our employees and we are short we don't know when it is that we will open the doors! I said Great I'll pass that on to your corporate office! Just as I expected this...

I love this place. I went here to the Xfinity Store to exchange my old Xfinity remote and Comcast cable box for the new Updated XFI Cable box and remote with wires. It is really awesome it is working great and I get to watch my Cable shows and news. I like the feature especially where I get to apply to Comcast or Walmart through the applications. I also like how improved it is to select different features. I have a lot of expectations for myself...

No directional signage. If I hadn't already been there a few times, would have been totally lost...the pedestrian maps don't even show "You are here"... Security was friendly and helpful when asking for information. I'm sure establishments are great...a few packed...but pretty much, this is my experience only in moving around...
