Freddo Pembroke Pines — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Hello, whom who may be concerned about the gelato restaurant “Freddo”, during our visit to your store location within Pembroke Gardens, your overall store service and pricing were shocking, especially from my perspective as a 14 year old, visiting with my mother, the repulsive prices and employee personality caused our visit to become very upsetting. This visit caused the rest of our evening to be ruined in its totality, the pricing was extremely offensive to us, especially with the serving given. Which was less then approximately 1oz of ice cream to be exact. For the wide price of 7.15$. The employed worker, however added onto this cascade of issues, gave us the worst inexplicable attitude and stinginess. Behaving in an unparalleled and unexpectedly rude manner, by her actions, I am not even to compelled to describe the employees facial or bodily features due to this behavior, for the least amount explanation the worker was female and extremely rude, due to her disrespect towards my mother. For these many reasons we are giving a one star due to my disappointment being on an immeasurable level, we will be sure...

The worst customer service employee award goes to Isabela. On Mother’s Day I went to Freddo with seven other family members. One of the person on the group wanted a Tulip. Two different digital screens at the location advertised the product as “2 scoops + 3 toppings + 1 sauce” (see the picture). One of the employees, Isabela, argued with us that it was only 1 free topping, any additional toppings are at additional charge. I told her that was not what was advertised. She remain with her original statement and said that she needed to make a call to figure it out. We stayed at the location for about 30 minutes and she never came out from the kitchen area. Another employee remained taking our order. The flavor of the ice cream was good. However, there are many options were people can get ice cream. Visiting Freddo in Pembroke Pines was the absolute highlight of my day. I brought my father as an effort to escape the feeling of being holed up at home listening to the pitter-patter of another rainy day in South Florida. Freddo's staff (Valeria, Lucia, and Sofia) were absolutely wonderful and let us try a plethora of flavors until the point we couldn't decide which combination to choose because they were all amazing!! Aside from the ice cream being incredible (mascarpone, pistachio, and dark chocolate as our personal favorites), we felt that the service we received was outstanding to the point that we felt we received the full V.I.P. treatment as if we were members of some sort of International Embassy of Ice Cream..
