My recent visit to Twin Peaks left much to be desired, with disappointing service, subpar food quality, and an unwelcome presence of flies overshadowing what should have been a pleasant dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, my partner and I were promptly seated at a booth. However, it quickly became apparent that our waitress was nowhere to be found. Despite being passed by numerous times by different waitresses, none bothered to stop at our table. Frustrated, I had to seek out assistance from the host station after several minutes of being ignored. Even then, it took an additional 8 to 10 minutes for a waitress to finally take our order. The service did not improve from there. While my order of chicken wings arrived relatively quickly, my partner's hamburger was nowhere in sight. In fact, it didn't arrive until after I had finished my meal, leaving us feeling as though we were dining separately. It was a baffling and unacceptable lapse in service. Adding insult to injury, our table was plagued by flies throughout our meal. This not only detracted from the dining atmosphere but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant. What struck me the most was the apparent lack of management presence. Throughout our entire meal, not once did we see a manager checking on tables or addressing any issues. It was evident that the front of the house lacked leadership and proper oversight. Overall, my experience at Twin Peaks was a total disappointment. Despite going in with the intention of enjoying a quality meal, we left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on an experience that falls far short of expectations. Until significant improvements are made in both service and management, I cannot recommend Twin Peaks to others. Follow up my response to Twin Peaks response: Thank you for your response, Twin Peaks. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the issues we encountered during our recent visit. It's reassuring to hear that you're taking our feedback seriously and addressing the areas where you fell short. However, we must express our concern that your response appears somewhat generic in nature. While we understand your intention to reassure us of your commitment to improvement, we believe a more proactive approach would have been preferable. A decisive leader-manager would typically extend a personal invitation to rectify the situation and ensure a better experience for us, perhaps even offering to cover the costs of a return visit. Moreover, we feel it's important for management to take full responsibility for the disappointment and inconvenience we experienced. While we appreciate your apologies, we would have hoped for a clearer acknowledgment of how our time and money were wasted. A more effective response would have included a concrete plan to prevent similar issues in the future, demonstrating a higher level of attentiveness and respect for the customer experience. We genuinely want to see Twin Peaks succeed and are hopeful that you'll use this feedback constructively to elevate your standards and regain our trust as loyal patrons. Thank you for considering our perspective good luck!

First-Time Visit Fell Flat: Slow Service & Underwhelming Food We decided to try Twin Peaks in Pembroke Pines for the first time after hearing it’s a great spot for food, drinks, and catching a game. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. Atmosphere: The vibe of the restaurant was nice—a typical sports bar with plenty of TVs and a lively, rustic aesthetic. However, the atmosphere wasn’t enough to make up for the service and food issues. Drinks: I ordered the Don Julio Mango Margarita, my boyfriend got the Espresso Martini with Tequila, my brother had a Coke and two Mango Shotta Tequila shots, and his girlfriend had a Sprite. Our server, Valentina, explained the Mango Shotta was spicy, but it turned out to be overly sweet—nothing close to the flavor profile we expected. The drink service was frustratingly slow. We waited ages just to get the Coke and Sprite, and it took even longer for the alcoholic drinks to arrive. Food: As someone with years of experience as a prep cook and server, I tend to evaluate food with a critical eye, and this meal missed the mark. Appetizer: I had the mozzarella cheese bites, which were decent. The hand-cut and panko-breaded texture was nice, but they didn’t stand out compared to similar offerings at other sports bars. Entrees: My boyfriend’s Avocado Smash Burger had good elements, like the fresh avocado and chipotle mayo, but the patty lacked seasoning, making the burger feel unbalanced. My Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich didn’t deliver on its name—it tasted more like it was tossed in a chipotle sauce than authentic Nashville hot sauce. My brother’s NY Strip Steak was cooked well, but the garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a bag rather than freshly prepared. Any seasoned cook can tell the difference between pre-made and house-made mashed potatoes, and these lacked the rich, creamy texture you’d expect from a scratch kitchen. His girlfriend’s Spicy Chipotle Chicken was flavorful, but her request to substitute sweet potato fries seemed to slow down the order even further. Our server, Valentina, seemed overwhelmed or inattentive, which led to a frustrating dining experience. To top it off, she claimed she had to pay a percentage of tips to the bar per table, which doesn’t align with standard restaurant practices. From my experience, tips are usually pooled and split at the end of the night—not table by table. This felt like an unnecessary guilt trip, and while my boyfriend generously tipped her 20%, I didn’t feel it was deserved based on the level of service. Overall, the food was mediocre, the service was lackluster, and the drinks weren’t worth the wait. I might consider giving Twin Peaks another try, but at a different location. First impressions matter, and this one didn’t leave us eager to return.

Went back and out experience was better than the first! Waitress was great! Service was good. Our experience more than just unpleasant.... When we arrived a man (I later found out was the GM Dave Flowers) was holding the door open for a gentleman with a stroller (he seem to know). My family was walking in behind this gentleman and the GM didn't acknowledge us and let the door close on us as he stayed speaking with the gentleman. The hostess was gracious and I even know Brianna because she's a client at the salon I work at and have done her hair. The wait would be about 25 minutes. When my phone went off to be seated there was a confusion with the tables because the GM had seated 3 persons at the table we were to get and didn't inform the hostess. The hosted had approach then to ask who seated them and then confirmed it had been the GM. So she apologized to us and we waited an extra 10 minutes before being seated. Waitress was nice. We ordered The Hangover, it look like it had fallen apart and was over cooked, I wanted it medium-well. My daughter asked for the 10oz. Sirloin Steak which was to be well done but was burnt on the outside and dry on the inside, jerky like texture. My husband ordered Chicken Ranch which was fine and the Mozzarella Cheese Bites which were yummy. We also got the Bread Pudding, it would've tasted better had it not been over baked. Beer was the best thing there. Waitress not once asked us how the food was, but made sure we had plenty of water. Bill was about $70. Honestly the food was less than edible. Overall a poor experience!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by the bartender Alanna, bartender Keyla, and General Manager (GM) Carolina.

Bartender: Alanna

Alanna is an exemplary bartender who knows how to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Alanna's knowledge of the drink menu is extensive, and she expertly guided me to a few fantastic craft beers that perfectly matched my tastes. She is a master of multitasking, managing to serve drinks quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to engage in meaningful conversations with customers. Alanna's custom cocktail creation based on my preferences was a highlight of my visit.

Bartender: Keyla

Keyla is another standout at Twin Peaks. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and she brings a vibrant spirit to the bar. Keyla's drink-making skills are top-notch, and she has a keen eye for detail, ensuring each cocktail is perfectly crafted. She has a great sense of humor and a knack for making guests feel like old friends. Keyla's ability to balance her professional responsibilities with creating a fun and inviting atmosphere is truly impressive.

General Manager: Carolina

GM Carolina exemplifies what it means to lead with excellence. The restaurant was bustling, yet everything ran smoothly under her management. Carolina's presence on the floor was noticeable as she made rounds to check in with guests, ensuring everyone was having a great experience. Her approachable and attentive nature made a significant difference. During our brief interaction, Carolina listened intently to my feedback and expressed genuine gratitude for my visit. It's clear that she has fostered a positive and efficient environment for both staff and guests.

Overall, my experience at Twin Peaks was exceptional, thanks to the superb service from Alanna, Keyla, and GM Carolina. Their dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience is evident, and I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to enjoy great food and...
