I needed some work done on my home, so I called out a bigger,, more well known company to come give me a quote that came out to roughly $12-15k. I wanted a second opinion, and multiple people ended up telling me to call Shuman Electric. When Shuman came out, I was upfront. I explained the cost of what the other company was charging and what they said needed done. Shuman could have easily taken that info, undercut them slightly, and won my business, making them thousands. Instead, Shuman looked around, and pretty much said I was being screwed (although, they were more professional with their language). Shuman was honest about what really needed replaced/fixed, what was good but might need done in the future, and what did NOT need done. They came in and did the job for under $2k. Not only was my request RESPONDED TOO NEXT DAY and than electricians where on site SAME DAY as response. they completed there job SAME DAY as well. this might be the best electric company out there. they share knowledge show you what they are fixing aren't afraid of being wrong and when they are they fix it with no huff or puff at all. The electricians where professional willing to listen what steps I took and didn't make me feel like I hindered them at all with the work I did before they got there.
