Sugar on Main — Restaurant in Pembroke

I went to Sugar on Main yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic and worked hard to serve guests quickly, and the specialty milkshakes were so tasty. I ordered one of the monster milkshakes in the seasonal Christmas cookie flavor, and the shake wasn’t too thick to drink and was the best tasting flavor I’ve had in a while. (I’m seriously considering driving an hour to get another one this weekend while they have them).

Prices could actually be higher for a specialty ice cream/ milkshake place, but I think for Pembroke the prices are incentivizing. Theres a cute outdoor patio tucked between buildings, and the indoor space was cute with lots of seating options for a shop like this. I’ll be stopping by...

I visited for lunch with a friend. I ordered the soup of the day, which was a tomato bisque, a turkey bacon cheese avocado pesto flatbread, and a Blue Bell Christmas cookies milkshake. 2 stars bc we didn’t try the ice cream. Took forever for them to make two sandwiches which were essentially 3-4 pieces of lunch meat on each.
