Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Pembroke

For me to post a comment on here you really need to screw up! Well, after several trips of getting terrible service, poor food, and wrong orders I’ve had enough! I ordered 5 simple things and again, something was left out! When I went back to get what was left the girl acted as if I asked her for her 1st born! I asked for one to be cooked fresh (God only knows what was done to it before I got it) because I was she’s going to have to eat cold onion rings! When she handed the bag to me, she didn’t apologize for the mistake, try to make it better, kiss my a$$, or nothing! Just handed out and shut the door! I don’t know who runs that place but customer service is not taught! For Pembroke to be such a small town you’d think that they would be doing everything they could to please their customers but instead it seems like they try to run them off! Taking an order, cooking it, packaging it(CORRECTLY), and serving it in a timely manner withstand cordial attitude is not ROCKET SCIENCE!!!! If it was, teenagers wouldn’t be doing it! This place is horrible managed, employees are half a$$ trained, and terrible service!! And I bet the only comment that is replied is the same old generic one in all the other comments that reads “we are sorry please give us another change how many do you need? Glad to have the new Dairy Queen open back up, and I will venture to say that Pembroke area residents are probably glad as well. For a Sunday evening, the restaurant was quite busy with the drive through backing up all the way to the street. The food was up to Dairy Queen standard, but due to the new staff and the busy mealtime, some staff seemed a little overwhelmed and the counter service was slow and sporadic. For example, when I was filling up my drinks, an associate place my sundaes and meals on the counter and walked off without offering a cup holder (employees ignored me when I went back to the order counter)so I barely made it out the door and to my car with drinks, sundaes, and sacks. So my wife goes to pick up from there tonight and she checks the order. When she does so she see's that she is missing a sandwich so she tells the person working the drive thru and they told her it was in the bag she pulls all the burgers out and they say oh here it is we left it on the rack or whatever it was called when she gets home and pulls everything out completely I was missing my Chile cheese fries and it was on the receipt. So all together they didn't put a whole order in the bag and I lost 6 bucks because my wife at least saw the burger missing.
