Was able to book an appointment and been seen either same day or within a day or so. Once we arrived for our appointment, we were immediately seen. They did amazing on my husband's hair as well as my 13 yr old son and my 2 yr old son that didn't want to cooperate. Kimberly was very patient and made the 2 yr olds hair cut a breeze. Kimmy is great. I have a lot of cowlicks which makes it hard to find a good barber. Plus finding a barber who is willing to trim, shape blend my beard and has the experience to do so is difficult.
