The employee was very arrogant and used profanity when speaking with every customer. Not professional at all. Tried to tell me that Kyocera phones were bad and wouldn't work on your network when he attempted to connect my new phone which wasn't even a Kyocera. The Kyocera he saw on his tablet screen in relation to my account was the old Kyocera I had been using in your network for 5 plus years. Hey was very off putting and condescending with the way he dealt with customers. When he finally looked at my new phone that I had brought in there to get a new SIM card for he told me it wouldn't work. Wouldn't even attempt to put the SIM card in so I said please just give me the new SIM card which he did I walked outside got in my van put the new SIM card in my new phone and wow how crazy was that the new phone booted right up onto your network and suddenly started receiving all the messages and text I hadn't gotten in the last 5 days. the only reason I didn't go back into the store to show him that he was completely wrong was I thought he might do something with my account because he seemed that type of person very rude very arrogant very condescending not professional employee at all I've had a GoPhone account with AT&t for well over a decade I paid thousands of dollars to your company. Read moreEven though I was in this store for a solid 3 hours the other day, I'm still giving this a 5 star review for the mere fact that the young man helping my dad and I was the best!! Sean C. was super nice and very patient. He was the only worker in the store that day so naturally the line of people waiting for help started to grow, but he remained professional and calm as I'm sure its easy to get frazzled when you have a line of customers and you're only one person. My dad was very impressed with how patient he was - he kept saying "he has the perfect personality for a job like this!" He had the best manners and kept thanking everyone for their patience as well. Read moreI rarely give less then a 3 star. But our recent experience was very disappointing. We waited over 1hr for assistance as there was only one associate and 3 people ahead of us. We came to buy 2 new phones and 2 new ipads. Nothing in stock!! Had to order everything and it could be up to 2 weeks! Also associate wrote up sales for 2020 ipads ! We were there for new ipads not leftovers. So had to rewrite order. Being fair the "sales"associate was doing her best but clearly was not trained in sales or ability to assist customer in making an informed decision. All toll we were there 2.5 hrs.
