I went here for breakfast and ordered the chicken on a bisciut with sausage gravy. The process weren't cheap either. $14.95 for my sandwich. I asked if it had garlic (sadly I have to ask for everything now) of course the answer was no but when the food came, the chicken was garlicky, dark meat, and chewy with a funky spice. The biscuit was just ok and the gravy was Mah. The stand out for me was the potatoes well done, and I normally don't eat a lot of potatoes. I probably wouldn't go here in lieu of cooking.

Way overpriced. $14 for the French Buttermilk Chicken sandwich is a bit comical - especially when they only give you half a sandwich. I had to call them and ask if they forgot the other half, turned out that’s it! Throw in some home fries, hash browns, or somethin! Asked for the syrup on the side so it didn’t get soggy (got it to-go) and they gave me the saddest amount. It’s a bit of a slap in the face on the portion sizes. Don’t think I’ll be back.

We ordered breakfast and the order was incorrect, which is fine people make mistakes. But when I called to have it corrected they told me that I was the one to put in the wrong order so they refuse to fix it, And the potatoes were not even cooked they were totally raw... my fault too? Last time going. Way over priced for a terrible meal and service!

Be aware that if you eat at this restaurant there is apparently a policy .. although not stated or told to customers ... That you can not ask for a slight change to your meal. A sandwich was ordered. It was requested that the thousand island dressing simply be out in the side. Everything else was fine. The waitress agreed and took the order. The sandwich was not made that way by the kitchen. It came out with the dressing on the sandwich. We were told by the waitress that the kitchen would not remake it.... Even though it was their error. After speaking with the manger/ owner we found out that the she made the executive decision to not allow the kitchen to remake the sandwich per the customers request because they were busy! What kind of customer service is that?!?! She then tried to tell me that they don't allow changes/modifications. This was not told to us and the order was taken !!! Asking for dressing on the side is not a substitution or major change. To flat out refuse to remake food for a customer when the kitchen staff was in the wrong is terrible customer service. The manager further stated to me that because we asked for the dressing on the side we must like it therefore it should not matter that it was on the sandwhich. I advised her that she is not allowed to dictate how someone eats their meal or how much dressing they want on their sandwich. The order was taken with a request. At no point did anyone from the restaurant come back and say by the way we can't do that. The manager was not accommodating and was flippant about the fact that she allowed this to happen. She stated they were busy. Fine. But that does not negate the fact that they took an order and made it wrong and flat out REFUSED to make it the right way. Everyone else in our party ate, while one person just sat there. They did not even offer to make something else. The item was deducted from the bill. It is unfortunate because you want to support local businesses, but I will never dine there again. I have worked in the customer service industry for years, to include restaurants and I have never seen such abismmal handling of...

I want to preface this by saying my wife has been here several times and insists that the experience we had today was an outlier. Nonetheless, this was my first time here and it was not good.

My wife and I were seated relatively quickly for a somewhat busy Sunday morning. We sat down and received our menus. As we were perusing them, we were splattered by some half and half shooting out if a container from the busboy cleaning the table next to us. It was a mistake and certainly not one I am going to hold against the busboy or the overall service, but it was certainly some foreshadowing for what was to come.

It took ten plus minutes between being seated and having our waitress finally introduce herself. It wasn't particularly busy. She took our orders quickly and accurately. Our drinks came relatively quick, however she walked past my empty glass moved to the edge of the table (for visibility) twice before she asked if I wanted a refill.

We ordered two full stacks of French toast, two side orders of bacon and one side of scrambled eggs. The food came out within an acceptable timeframe and we dug in. The bacon was great, but it is pretty difficult to mess up bacon. The egg was okay. The French toast? Well I had to wait about 7 minutes to eat it because that's how long it took our waitress to bring us butter and syrup.

Additionally, two out of the four pieces of French toast I was served were cut too thick (end pieces of the bread) and were dry in the middle.

Lastly, if you are going to put political news channels on TV, at least do one from each side of the aisle. As a moderate, I appreciate multiple perspectives rather than having Fox News on both TVs.

All in all, I was tremendously disappointed and my review reflects that. It took me three years of living nearby to find the time to go here, and it may be three years before I return, if I return. I don't like leaving negative reviews and rarely do it, but the service was unacceptable, the food was mediocre and the environment...

We have been going there since you first opened. Always happy with the food. Raved about it to friends for years This morning we brought our 80 year old mother there for breakfast on Sunday morning around 8:30, June 26, 22. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful day. Moved a table in against the building out of the sun because my mom is sun sensitive. After a bit of a wait my husband checked to see if they forgot we were out there. Finally a waitress popped her head out the door and said "You have to move that table back." We tried to explain but she was quick to say no and that we couldn't block the sidewalk. That is well and good though we were not blocking the path . She could have handled the situation in a much kinder manner. We did move the table back and decided to find another place for breakfast. As we were getting in the car I noticed her at our table and I said "Be kind". She immediately started yelling and screaming at the top of her voice. My husband called to ask for the manager and it was the same person who was very rude. Just want to say kindness goes a long way. We will not return to this establishment and we will tell others of our...
