Previous Review We were up here taking my grandma to a doctor's appointment and wanted Starbucks so we decided to try this location. We ordered 3 (me, my mom, and grandma) java chip frappes. Although they tasted delicious I'm leaving a negative review for customer service. Girl who was working the drive thru window was so ignorant and rude. My mom uses a Starbucks card that you can load money on. Well just because there were no points/money left she takes it upon herself to throw the card in the trash!!! In her words she did it because "it was empty." Even if there isn't any money on a card (whether it's a gift card or otherwise) you don't throw something in the trash that isn't yours. Then she refused to get the card out of the trash, so my mom had to call over the manager. It was all a big scene over something that shouldn't have happened. This girl just had an attitude and didn't feel like interacting with people. I don't live in the area, but I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Never had such a rude encounter at a Starbucks before. Manager was very friendly, but seriously, he needs to hire employees who know how to talk to people. It's not always a matter of business or productivity, some people are just really lacking social skills. It's employees like her that scares off customers. I'm one of those customers. Never again!
Update Came here on 2/20/18, and what a stark contrast from our last visit! I ordered the same thing, java chip. The woman on the drive thru speaker was friendly and sounded upbeat, the employee who served us at the window (a guy) was also really nice. My drink was delicious. However my mom asked for a cup of ice and got ice water instead, so they still need to improve on their listening skills, but other than that the service was nothing like last time. I'm guessing they got rid of the rude girl who was working here before. If they did then good for them, weed out the bad apples. I urge them to keep hiring cheerful people, that's what makes the Starbucks brand so special. I changed my review to 5 stars for the superb service. I'm happy I gave this place...
Read moreOverpriced not the way u remember Starbucks back in 2009ish with the couches and it was so welcoming such a cool spot now it's not the food is very exspesive 3.50+ tax for a single cake pop for my daughter a medium latte made the bill go over 10$ it wasn't what I expected from Starbucks I thought you can take it back to be remade till I like it but felt I should just leave the store.(** Also everyone behind the counter tending to pre orders & drive through meanwhile the actual customer who walks in with her child just walks around kinda lost thinking maybe I should leave bc the local coffee shops make such a better coffee shop local also employees check the occupied area no napkins no sugar no stir sticks ( unless this is new & only at Starbucks) so empty everything also as I was reminiscing missing Starbucks from 2010 I found a sandwich bag full of random pills just laying on the booth I immediately took the bag to a staff member at the front counter it was a mess take half the people in the back put them in the front to clean up to pick up stuff people drop such as prescription pills, and nowadays who knows that you'll find but I surely don't want my child to find it also it's not a good look pretty sure they were vitamins but what a trigger... Get it together jennersville I used to love coming here I know covid happened but the local coffee places there are lattes are crushing yours I'd work on making better coffee friendlier employees who aren't afraid to say Hi how are you can I help you the cake pops more on the menu I didn't even think they had them then I asked they were not out on display they were in a bag laying on the shelf I'd much rather see this stuff displayed nicely is there a reason you can't look at the cake pops and they just sit in the bag.... Read moreWith in the last two months every order I get is messed up, the attitudes of the workers aren’t always the greatest. My drinks I order is a pink drink light ice with sweet cream cold foam and a white peppermint mocha latte. I ordered 4 pink drinks before I stopped ordering them and every time I got my drink there is always wayyyy to much ice, it’s like they put extra ice in it and ot didn’t care to pay attention to the light ice part, every time I order my peppermint latte it always taste different. I order the peppermint one almost daily, I have been going since august. More than one time the drink I received tasted nothing like my drink I ordered. Earlier this week I ordered my drink and 3 hot chocolates one time for my coworkers and I, and instead of my drink they just made another hot chocolate drink. I got my drink today and a good portion of the cup didn’t have anything in it. I work in an elementary school and my drink is my pick me up and lately it hasn’t been bc I just end up throwing it away most of the time because it dosent taste right.
