Highly Recommend!

Grateful I found The Good Guys and Carl definitely knew his TV repair business as an expert with a great sense of humor relieving my anxiety about my Nov 2022 65” Samsung Walmount Smart TV this yr when Samsung was no help!! I went without it working for months buying one new remote after another even the one from Samsung! I did not want to invest in another TV retired! You can’t imagine my relief to have my TV working like new again once he figured out the part needed, shared the good news they had it at Samsung and fixed it! The whole process was great! I highly recommend the Good Guys! You can count on...

Carl is great! I bought a 1976 Magnavox stereo console, record/8track player for my retro man cave. The sound was off and echoing between speakers. Problem is...the thing is big and heavy. I couldn't really take it somewhere to get worked on, and I couldn't find anyone to do the job. Found Carl through a referral and what a great thing I did. He came out, lubed the post connections and ordered a replacement stylus which he came back to install. The unit sounds great!...

Carl from Good Guys Was very pleasant when he first came out But did not want to take my TV off the wall and fix the problem personally my opinion He could not diagnose what was wrong with the TV and just kept making excusesI I would not recommend him to anyone He beat me for $80bucksUnfortunately I had to give him a one-star he don't even...
