Penndel Pizza — Restaurant in Penndel

There food is good, but god forbid don't get delivery. Not exaggerating at all my order was called in at 7:03 and was told it would take 50 mins. At 8:30 I called to check the status of our dinner and was told "well its not here, and she only had 2 other deliveries so it should be there any minute". Still 15 minutes passed and no food yet so I called to cancel the order. I had to then leave to go get dinner elsewhere and at 8:57 I get a phone call from the elusive delivery driver who is out front of my home and doesn't know what to do. Sorry 6 mins shy of 2 hours for 1 pizza and 2 spaghetti dinners is a joke. And the excuse is " well we only have one driver" it was Tues night and u had 3 total deliveries and u only delivery to a 3 mile radius. I know why they didn't deliver for all those years. They have no idea what they are doing. Its I shame, but I will never go there again, mainly because of the way they handled...

This is the place I always had growing up. If it was a pizza night, it was coming from Penndel. The food is great. They have a decent specialty pie selection as well so it doesn't get boring. Sometimes we'd stop in for a slice. Most of the time I'd split a BBQ chicken pizza with my bro. Tonight we split a large chicken parm pie. This is a good pie. It's on the thinner side. Gotta support with another hand or fold. Had a ton of flavor. Chicken was really good. Has small chunks scattered across the pie. Very well seasoned, crispy outside, and juicy inside. Sauce and cheese were authentic. Sauce splotches are the best. It lets you isolate the flavor of the sauce and gives more unique bites. Dough tasted fresh. Best pizza around!!! All the food is fresh very good selection of things to get . The hoagies are delicious, The cheese steaks , chicken cheese steaks as well. Then you have the hot sandwiches my favorite is sausage my way very delicious must try. Then they have the pasta dishes your basic dishes. Then the special pastas dishes from chicken marsala to penne vodka .Then the seafood combo another good dish as well. Pasta Colandrea with penne , saute garlic fresh tomatoes add little cream chicken stock . Toss in fresh basil parmesan cheese fineto mangia . Also try Shrimp my way signature dish my favorite.
