Read moreThe only reason this gets one star is bc we paid a good price for our furniture. We worked with Edgar and long story short he order the wrong color (a color I never even saw in the store). Once the delivery ppl brought up and unwrapped our furniture I let them know it was the wrong color. They showed me the paperwork ano the code on there was for the color that they brought (which was not the delivery guys' fault. They were just doing their job). I even had videos of me recording the couch I loved and picked out to show my friends bc I was so happy to finally find one. They called Edgar and gave me the phone. He proceeded to be nasty, talking over me, and telling me this is what I ordered. Once again I never saw this color before. Not wanting to go back forth with him I just handed the phone back. Mind you, what was only supposed to be a weeks wait, we waited a month for this to end up being the wrong color. After this, I received a call from the manager Lisi which I believe is Edgar's mother. She was very nice, respectful, and apologetic. She ordered the correct color and refunded us the delivery fee. Our couch came within a week. The new delivery guys that came this time were almost 4 hours late and there was no call or communication that they were even going to show. They even proceeded to leave all their trash behind. I am just relieved that this is done and def a lesson learned not to do business with any and everybody. If they were more professional from start to finish, they would have had me as a returning customer and I would have recommended them...

Before I went into the store, I spent a significant amount of time browsing their website and I made a list of the furniture that I wanted to look at. I really hate walking around stores, browsing, and shopping, so I try to find things online when I can. When I arrived at the store, I met Eric and he was very nice and friendly. I showed him my list, and he walked me around the store to see the pieces that I was looking for. For the ones on my list that weren’t physically present in the store, he showed me something comparable to give me an idea of the height, feel, comfort, texture, etc. I was able to narrow down my list and make a selection in a short amount of time. Eric was very helpful. I told him my budget and we stayed within my budget. I ordered a very nice bed, dining table set, and some accents that weren’t physically in the store, but I made my decision based on Eric’s descriptions, and him showing me comparable pieces. While placing the order, he checked their inventory on the computer and gave me a timeline for when my furniture would come in. I received a call in less than two weeks that my furniture had arrived at the Philadelphia warehouse. We scheduled a delivery date, and the delivery guys (Will and Jose) showed up promptly and set up my furniture very nicely. They were personable and friendly.
