Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

DO NOT BUY FROM PENNSAUKEN LOCATION ON RT 130. Love the pizza NEVER ordering from Pennsauken store again.. Tried going to order carryout once and doors were locked during open hours. Ordered Delivery MULTIPLE times. First it was little things like if I ordered light sauce, it was NOT light sauce. Or they'd forget the extra seasoning packets or garlic sauce or ranch that I pay the some odd cents for... But the last time that I ordered from this location, the estimated delivery time was an hour to an hour and 10 minutes after I placed it. They didn't show up until OVER AN HOUR AFTER THAT. Meaning I waited somewhere between 2-2.5 hours for my order after placing it. THIS TIME, again I got an hour wait time. When they reached 10 minutes after the max time and it said my order had already been delivered, I called where Jasmine told me the driver left "five minutes ago and should be there in five minutes." He did not arrive until MORE THAN TWENTY MINUTES LATER. His excuse was short staff. I've worked in restaurants and food and beverage for years. It is UNACCEPTABLE to have to wait an hour and a half to two and a half hours for my order when it is placed to be delivered as soon...

Omgoodness if I could rate this place a negative number I would....on hold ten mins...place order....one hour goes by....husband calls...driver just returned is sending it out now....has been 30mins since then...look up driving time on Google maps....their location is 6 mins from my home....wtheck :( why so long....you would think well maybe they waited for the driver to come back before cooking the order and they just want to provide fresh hot food....absolutely not...a young man with a passenger in his car pull up ring my doorbell and don't even give me a chance to make it to my door before walking to his car and placing my food on the cold roof of the car mind you this is 3 days after blizzard 2016 so its cold out....well ask for the name of who is the main boss at his store and after fumbling around for an answer I get the name Lou....this young man proceeded to ask me why and if I had a complaint...really??? I most absolutely do....Lou expect a call from me in the morning since I waited so long for my order your location is now closed....moral of the story save your money $$...

This is the worst customer service in the area I've waited 14:32 yet first time I called the. Hung up and called again and they just hung up on me and I never got to place my order... 2 days later I tried calling again and they put me on hold for 8:18 so I drive to the store my self to see what was the hold up.. I though I was gonna walk to an overcrowded store . But to my surprise there was only once customer at the store and 4 workers 3 of them sitting around doing nothing and one taking care of the customer.. I asked the "manager" Taisha Cruz what was the hold up about and she just blew me off with an attitude and said she didn't care and just walked to the back... I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A PAPA JOHNS STORE AGAIN EVER IN MY LIFE .. This used to be the best pizza and customer service around 4yrs back now it turned in2 the worst.. From now on I'm taking my business to DOMINOS OR ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE IN THE AREA WITH GOOD...
