MADE IN USA. Purchased a Mi-T-M CWC Series industrial pressure washer from my local dealer and it is the best pressure washer I have ever seen, I can clearly see that Mi-T-M cares about the quality of their work. This washer is a beast, especially compared to my previous unreliable made in China 4,200 psi washer from Home Depot; I was having to buy a new unit every year due to pump problems. I was concerned about my fuel cost increasing due to the larger engine but the fuel consumption has gone down due to faster washing time; I'm saving money. Prior to and after my purchase I had several phone calls with Chris Oberender, Chris has been very patient and helpful with all my questions and pre-purchase research phone calls along with a few post-purchase phone calls. I run a pressure washing company in San Francisco. I was using smaller units that you would typically get from Lowe’s or Home Depot. After multiple trips to the mechanic and trying to find replacement parts I decided to upgrade. I decided to go with mi-t-m I purchased the HS series. Hot water gasoline/diesel belt drive. Let me just tell you this thing is a BEAST!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied!! I went from 5-8 buildings a day to 15-18 buildings. The pressure, heat, realibility and easy use make for one hell of a machine.

I purchased a used Mi-T-M pressure washer, I have called their tech support numerous times for help with adjustments and trouble shooting. I am sure they can tell it is an old unit well out of warranty by the serial number they use to look it up to help me. Their system pulls up notes on what previous conversations, saving me time. Every single person I have spoken with there has been kind, patient and given me better customer service than most companies supporting a brand new project.
