The workers at this location are not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable about their own store and how to fully assist customers. I placed an order online since there was a DELIVERY option. I waited more than an hour without having an update before calling, when the person that answered told me that my order was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. They argued about not offering delivery and ultimately put a manager on the phone, named Jessica. She was attitudinal and explained that she couldn’t even cancel my order, I’d have to call DoorDash to cancel and get a refund. Three employees, one taking her time fixing two sandwiches for an online order, one kid literally twiddling thumbs at the register and one guy moving bread around after putting our meat on bread while we stand there waiting for someone to finish fixing our sandwiches. After several minutes of watching the three of them essentially ignoring us as customers in the store, I walked out. If you can’t help customers in your store when there’s three employees and only one working (slower than molasses at that), lock the doors and only take online orders....
