Placed our order on 11/14/23. They quoted a 4 week delivery time, which would have been 12/12/23. As of 12/18/23 our items still have not shipped and we have not received any updates. They also can't put you in touch with any customer service people, they just tell you to contact your store organizer and tell them to get in touch with the salesperson. However, salespeople don't want to deal with upset customers. We spent over $200 on items for Christmas and ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but still don't have our items. Our team also does not have their items. Our season is going to be over before we receive anything.
