Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Peosta

First, our lunches (burgers and cheese balls) were super sloppy. Mine was slapped together so poorly that most of the cheese was actually next to and under the sandwich, leaving almost half the bottom bun literally liquefied. Secondly, the extremely young lad who took our orders was apparently extremely inconvenienced by our desire to order lunch if his utterly lackadaisical attitude was any indication. Thirdly, THEY WERE OUT OF HALF THE ICE CREAM MENU!! No chocolate chip cookie dough, no brownie batter, no peanut butter cookie dough, no marshmallow, no Chips Ahoy, etc! They literally could not make most of the blizzards they had on their menu! Finally, when we eventually found stuff they did have, our moolatte and malt were not impressive. They were super runny and full of chunks of ice (the moolatte) and malt powder. Apparently they were also out of whipped cream as neither the moolatte or the malt had any. And we had to fetch them from the pass through window ledge thing since the lad couldn’t be bothered (he saw and heard that they were done and just walked away to go clean random stuff). Overall, WORST DQ VISIT EVER! I’d give them zero...

So in the past I've always hambered this DQ as the slowest one in existence. Unfortunately it's the only one in the area close to work but this place never ceases to amaze you. I play an online order to try to save some time. I even gave it extended time from the time I order was ready. I went to pick order up walked in but only half of the order was there. They had given part of my order to another customer because they were running behind the gentleman behind the counter today was pleasant. I mentioned to him the orders were always slow there at this location I believe that coke listened in and then she copped an attitude she threw the food in a box grease what's all over the Box then she just tossed it up on the counter. Never spoke a word and had that go to hell look. I am done with this location fortunately there are other restaurants starting to move into the area. If you read the comments that other people leave management does it say sorry sorry sorry sorry. But the problem...

Showed and about 7:13 maybe even earlier I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order waited seven more minutes for someone to get my money and I saw someone come off of break go inside and the people behind me got their food before me which all I had ordered was a banana split and a six-piece tender basket I then see the worker that just got off a break go back into his vehicle and waited another 15 minutes before I got my food and during that time I saw two cars pull up the people walking and immediately walk out because of the wait time finally got my food asked about coupons and was told I had to wait 5 to 10 more minutes because they are too busy to come bring them out the banana split was completely overflowing they are giving me a bunch of extra napkins but even with those it spilled all over my car and was almost completely melted and they did not even toast the bread I left...
