I hate writing bad review but this bothers me and I think others should be prepared for a potentially bad experience. I gave this place a try (4 times) because "Liliana" had so many great reviews for her artwork. I will not return because of my last visit for an acrylic fill. One girl started my nails, didn't seem like she had much experience just by the way she was operating the drill and kept letting go of my finger but forgetting to stop the drill so got my skin drilled a few times, she appeared scared to be doing nails but at least she was pleasant and said "sorry" when it happened. After 3 nails were filed she got up and one of the guys took over - he was HORRIBLE, held my finger so tight and drilled so fast pushing the drill into my nail way to hard I was gasping in pain and pulling my hand away for which I was told to stop. I told him to slow it down and not hurt me. Then it happened, he filed under my nail, cut the skin, causing me to bleed and when I asked for the antiseptic stuff he was furious that he had to go looking around for it and said I didn't need it. I demanded it and finally got it. I told Liliana who is the owner, she also saw the whole thing since we were sitting right next to her and nothing - not even an apology! I had my design done and got a bill for $60! I don't understand how an acrylic fill and design is this much money! On top of it I was told if I don't pay cash it would be $65, they give a discount for cash (aka we don't claim this income or pay tax on it) also you can't get your card stamped because they claim you were already given a discount. Sad thing is, my nails are already lifting after only 1 week. I wouldn't recommend this place and it's really sad because Liliana is a very talented nail artist but the nail techs are are awful and the business practices...

Very Unprofessional owners - Using old gel polish!!!

Very disappointed with how a situation was handled. I had my first appointment where I received a gel fill and gel color. I was happy with the work when I left the salon. However, the next morning I noticed the color of the polish had become blotches of gray ( my color was a bright pink) I returned to the salon for a "redo" on the color. When I asked why this had happened I was told by the husband of the owner it happens !(?) I have been getting my nails done at different salons since Gel was first started and this never "happened" He was not very apologetic rather he was annoyed that my nails had to be redone. He did redo the polish and they were satisfactory. Two weeks later I went back for another fill and color. By the following day the color changed again...... back to the salon (by the way I live in Bloomfield which is 1/2 hour from the salon) for another color fix. Again the owner was annoyed no apology again. I leave with a new color.... next day again same situation color changed all blotchy with grey streaks this time the color was coral. Third day in a row I truck on back to the salon for yet another color fix. Again no apology no offer to perhaps get a pedicure for all my trouble NOTHING. Except laughter while he was talking to his wife about the situation on the phone...... Bottom line is I found out they dilute their popular colors to make them last as told to me by a nail tech. I will never go back to this salon..... good luck if you do go just don't get a bright color unless you have hours to kill going back in for...

I went in for a full set, and was not happy with my experience. I came to this nail salon before, and the owner did great on my nails. This time, I had Karen as my mail tech and there are a few things that she did that ruined my experience.

1. I made my appointment for 5:00 and even got there early, she still managed to rush the whole way through and complain that it was passed closing time.
2. she was throwing my hands around and giving me an attitude and kept t yelling at me and telling me to stop moving even though I wasn’t.
3. I made a few minor comments about the things she could fix for my liking and she was huffing and puffing and telling me to wait until she was done. (It still didn’t turn out the way I wanted)
4. she made the nails shorter than I wanted them, and finally at the end she was cleaning up around the back of my nail and PUNCTURED my finger and it started bleeding everywhere. She blamed it on me for moving even though I was stay as still as possible.

NOTE— don’t let them fool you at check out! The lady on the phone told me that French costed 55 before I came in. When I payed though, they charged me 62. This is ridiculous considering the cost of a regular acrylic set is 45. I get that French is 10 dollars more but why did they charge me an extra 6 dollars?? I did not tip because of the unnecessary extra charges. **they also tried to play my mom out and give her back 7 dollars as change instead of 13. I will not be coming back here and I do...
