Threddies — Local services in Perkasie

I advice who ever wants to purchase something from this store in bulk to buy one item of what you need and see if it works for you. I made the mistake of buying multiple items from this store and unfortunately didn't have a good experience.

I purchased multiple satin headbands and two of them were not the correct color. The grey was a silver and the white was a light silver. Both of them not even close to what is pictured on the website. The grey ones didn't even have the same inner lining. I was aware that there is a no return policy but still I emailed the store explaining the problem. I thought maybe there had been a mistake and the colors got mixed up (which is understandable, mistakes happen) and thought they would look into it. I got a response basically saying, "thank you for reaching out, we have a no return policy" and that if I had any questions regarding colors to ask next time. I wrote again sending them pictures of the products for them to see just how different the colors were and still haven't heard back from them.

So don't make the same mistake I did. Before buying if buying at all, "reach out" to them so you can discuss the colors you want and everything can be talked out before hand, because once you buy it its done. Be aware that when they state that colors may appear different on screen they mean it, they do appear very, very different. Its almost like they offer colors they don't even have kind...

I was trying to find some socks that were bigger in the calves, because all socks that stores sell are so small that they look like kids socks. They're all too tight. Even my mom can't get them on a lot of times. What's up with that? I only wear a size 11 shoe, so why are socks WAY too tight when they claim to fit up to a size 13 or so?

I asked A.I. if there was any places that sold socks that were bigger in the ankles/calves, and it recommended Threddies. It explained how they catered towards bigger socks. Well, I'm here to say right now, THAT'S A LIE! I only ordered one over-priced pair of socks just to see how they fit, and once again.....it was small enough to be a kids socks. WHY? Why are socks NEVER big enough anymore?

I don't even know where to get bigger socks now, aside from one eBay seller that charges a red fortune just for 3 pairs. Store socks (such as Hanes and Fruit of the Loom) used to fit me just fine, but something crazy has happened lately that caused them to all be...

Attention potential customers of this establishment: I'm am extremely disappointed in Threddies company, they fail to practice secure shipping to their customers. I placed a package order through them to be delivered, back in June.The courier USPS notified their company at 2:21pm that my package was just dropped off to my building, but Threddies company didn't bother to send me my delivery arrival alert until 2:56 pm, (thirty five whole minutes later) consequently, my package was stolen from my apartment building lobby.I made Threddies aware of the matter without any hesitation, right away, yet they still only made up excuses to me, saying that "we can't be responsible for people's stolen packages" But at the very least they should be RESPONSIBLE enough, as a business to reach out to the customers right away, with their delivery arrival alert, rather than delaying something imperative such as that. So potential customers, you've been warned by me, about this company's poor shipping...
