Olive Branch — Local services in Perry Heights

If I could rate this zero stars I would after todays interaction. We have been going here for years, we like to support local business and personally, bc this is a Christian company; as a Christian , we choose to give this business our money over other companies who we can get the same products through, significantly cheaper. I purchased 6 products last week and had an issue with every one. Never have I had this problem before. When I called today to express my concern and displeasure I was very calm and even uneasy calling bc I hate confrontation and didn’t want to even have the conversation. My husband had bought our son who is ADHD a focus aide that literally sent him over the edge and counteracted with his medicine - her response was something along the lines of you should of done your homework it’s not our responsibility to know these things. how about instead of pushing a product on us while we are in the store for a sale , if you KNEW my son was on medication prescribed by a doctor, don’t suggestively sell or push products on us and then use the excuse later when I express displeasure that you should of consulted in your doctor first - maybe you should of suggested that in the first place- another product I purchased , the tamper seal was broken - she was unwilling to do anything abor it bc and I quote “im unable to tell what happened to that seal after it left our door” so I’m a liar ? WOW. This is just two of my four issues I had on the phone with her today. I will never EVER step foot in this building or give another dollar of my money to this...

Customer service is pretty bad.

I called in the other day and asked about Beef Tallow in which I know comes from a cow. The lady I spoke with said they didn't carry it and then went on to say they had Ghee, which I also know comes from a cow but is BUTTER and not a Tallow. She was very condescending in her tone and spoke to me as if I were stupid, "We have Ghee......which is butter?....that comes.....from a cow?" her tone was awful, she spoke as if I were a child. After she said that to me she stayed silent and I just hung up. I didn't really know what to say. I really wanted to check out this store but after this experience I will probably never shop there. I'm sure it's a nice store but...

The lady watched my every move , like I'm there to shoplift. I was about to walk right back out. But I wanted to see the new location after years of waiting. So I found an item and the other lady on the register kept talking and talking to a customer who evidently payed already and unlike her didn't see me. She did. She made eye contact with me and instead of maybe asking the gentleman to step to the side so she can check me out..nope, she just kept talking. After, I don't know, waaay to long, I just put the item back and walked out. I...
