Roses Discount Store — Local services in Perry Heights

I was repeatedly told that the store is closed and that I needed to purchase NOW or come back in the morning. The lady(who I believe was the manager . She has a bald head) was extremely rude and aggressive in her stance. I asked her about the prices on the items I had because the sinage and the prices didn't match. She responded as if she was irritated and said "it is priced as marked. They probably didnt change the sign" Then proceeded to tell me while with my young girls "are you going to buy that? Because we are closed you can come back tomorrow we open at 9am" in the same irritated and aggressive manner. So i went to the register hurrying to decide what i wanted because i was still unsure about the prices. So i grab two things and gave the rest to my daughter to place back on the rack. While they were ringing up the clothes we findout it is all 50% off. I quickly yell for my daughter to come back with the other things. While still feeling a tad bit uncomfortable for being rushed when there was more i was looking to get. I asked the cashier was the sale on Adult clothing as well. She said "yes". I politely pleaded for her to give me exactly five more minutes. She agreed to give me 5 more mins because today was the last day of the sale and I wanted to get a few more things. On my way to grab those things the manager who was treating me rudly and rushing my girls and i out of the store, she began to yell and told me to "STOP! No, you can't do that!. She didn't know. It is after 8pm we have to leave! The store is closed and you can come back in the morning". If it were not for my girls I would have left my other things right there and walked out, but I didn't want them to be disappointed. I resolved NEVER to shop there again. Which is major because this was one of my favorite store. But I have NEVER been treated so harshly in my life by a service employee. If you’re fancy, this isn’t your store. If you want good stuff for reasonable prices shop here! I usually stick to the clothes, shoes and handbags. Great selection and even better prices. The groceries and home goods are decently priced but a little higher than the Walmart, but the atmosphere is much quieter. Yes you may have to wait a few minutes for a dressing room and the cashiers are a little overwhelmed sometimes but if you’re nice to them, they respond in kind. I’ve never had poor service and I’m a loyal customer; been going for several years to the Myers lake location in Canton. I can go in there and buy six dresses that are almost just as nice for less than the price of one from Macy’s. I love it....

I love this store I drive there every week from Wooster, the prices are great. I had one time I felt very uncomfortable as I was shopping every time I turned around the security guard was right there and would peek around the isle at me. I’m 60 year old woman in electric wheelchair just shopping. Now I would of really scared if it would of been a man. . I was doing nothing wrong but shopping. I know there’s theifs out there but I have her no reason to follow me like that. Hell I didn’t even have a purse on me. What did she think I was gonna ride on out the door.
